Elite Salon & Day Spa

I brought my wavy/curly hair to Jennifer at Elite after moving up from Florida. I was so nervous that I would lose my vibe and end up with what I call “Proper lady hair”, but I was in good hands. Jen warmed up my color a little, and really listened. She is great! I’ve seen Sonya’s work at Elite, too; she is also very talented. The salon is in a cool building off Warrenton Road near Burton’s Automotive.

This place is amazing to say the least. My mother has been coming here for years and I just now recently got my girlfriend going there. and I must say Sonny top-notch she is amazing at what she does. My girlfriend wanted her hair done for her birthday and wasn’t sure what she wanted so she sat in the chair and gave Sonny a few ideas and she went to work. An hour and a half later, the results were truly remarkable. My girlfriend was so pleased which earned me a few brownie points. I only gave it five stars because it will not allow me to give anymore.

'Truth in Advertising' My husband sent me here a couple years back for a full day of spa treatments. It was wonderful. So I decided to schedule a similar day for him as a gift for Christmas. Did my research on their website and drove to the location to set it up. Arrived at the location...no hours posted. No people. Was wondering if they had closed but there was a big sign stating Gift Certificates available SO...I called. The woman that answered seemed unsure how to answer the phone. When I explained that I wanted to set up some services for my husband she asked 'What Services?' Massage, pedicure, and facial. 'Sorry, I can only set him up for a facial and hair services...I don't have anyone that can do the other services'. 😳 Um, Okay, Sorry about that but then why advertise them. Wow. Truth in advertising. Having to go somewhere else now. It is a shame because they were really good!

Amazing!!! I can not say enough good things about our day at Elite. It was my daughter's birthday yesterday and she wanted the full spa experience. I have a birthday only 4 days after hers so my husband told us we should do the spa day together. I called and spoke with the owner a few days before and she is wonderful. She accommodated us completely with a spa package that would fit both of our needs. We spent the whole day getting pampered by her and her amazing staff. She does a brilliant facial. Our massages were so comforting, relaxing, and beneficial. My daughter even dozed off a little, she was so relaxed. We went home pampered, relaxed, with gorgeous skin, hair, and nails!!! We will go back and highly recommend this beautiful spa.

I love this place. Everything is 5 star treatment there. I found this gem about 10 yrs ago and just moved back to VA again. Can't wait to see everyone...especially the owner. She is the best!
