I am so pleased to share my enormous respect and admiration for Dr. Heppe and every one of the staff members at this medical facility. I was there to care for my friend having surgery. Not only was she treated compassionately and professionally during the entire experience, I was surprised that I, too, was given the same courtesy as her care partner. The appointments were on time, thorough, and informative. We were prepared with important information and immediate responses to any potential concerns we raised. When my friend experienced a difficulty, Dr. Heppe went beyond all expectations to assist her promptly and appropriately. We were reassured and comforted to know that every patient is treated "as the center of attention." I highly recommend the services of this extraordinary medical facility. We offer our highest gratitude for the way every one on the staff kindly contributed to make this time so amazing.

On August 21st I under went surgery, tummy tuck and lipo 360… I did a lot of research and decided to go with Dr. Aflaki, I followed him on social media and looked out for reviews from other patients of his, for about 6 months before deciding to go forward. I was always amazed at his work and I am very happy I chose him…Dr. Aflaki was very professional, he went over so much with me that I never felt in the dark. I went into surgery very confidently having him as my Dr. He is also pleasant to be around, check ups always went very smooth, always felt comfortable and take care of. His staff was also wonderful to me and made sure my caretaker knew everything he needed to know to care for me after surgery. I am overall very happy with the outcome! My results are amazing! My pre-surgery video was taken Aug 21st, the morning of surgery. My post-surgery photo was taken 2 months and 2 weeks. I feel great, physically and mentally!! Dr. Bautista performed a breast revision in order to decrease persistent neck/back pain and other associated complaints. Dr. Bautista understood that I was interested in gaining my health and strength back by relieving pain. He did not try to convince me to undergo added procedures for “cosmetic effects” during my consult as other surgeons had. I appreciated his understanding and support for my intention. Extremely satisfied with results. The office and nursing staff were very supportive and kind as well.

Extremely frustrated with my breast augmentation I had years ago. It’s taken me years to have the courage to make this review but I had a friend tell me today she has a scheduled surgery here and it immediately made me want to post a review for other people to be mindful. I had my augmentation done because I had one breast that was way larger than the other and I wanted that fixed. After surgery, I had served nerve damage that lasted 11 months. Excruciating. I was out of work for 8.5 months due to excruciating pain. That’s only 1 thing negative. Let me keep going sadly. The day after surgery, I could tell under all the bandages that one breast was still significantly larger than the other. They told me it’s normal and sometimes one breast heels faster then another. On the 7 day mark I told them something wasn’t right. He told me to wait till the 2 week mark and the swelling would go down. I listened even though I knew something was wrong. On the 2 week mark he said “ok. You are right. Something isn’t right, let’s do an xray”. Turns out the bag was just floating inside empty. Thank the good lord above I had saline implants. Cant even imagine what would’ve happened to me if I had silicone leaking into my body. They told me I needed to do the surgery again to that other side. I balled my eyes out. Remember, I had severe nerve damage from the first round. I was scared out of my mind. I trusted him.. again to take care of me. After all of the healing and all was said and done, my implants were sagging down almost like I had breastfed. I wasn’t even a mom at that time. I have never been so upset. I told them I wasn’t happy with the results. Tried calling twice asking if there was anything that could be done. They didn’t care about me at all and my experience. I should have sued for everything that had happened and with not being able to work for as long as I was out but I had spent so many nights, days and YEARS feeling defeated by this experience that has caused me major PTSD. Now I have a surgery scheduled with a surgeon in Feb 2026 to remove these bags from me that is going to cost me 20k.. Worst mistake I have ever made in my entire life. As a business owner myself, I take everything very seriously with my clients. My clients spend thousands of dollars with every sale. Just like here and knowing they are paying that much, I am going to make sure they are satisfied to the best of my ability. Unfortunately I did not receive the same here. I was just another person walking in and out their door and all they wanted was my money and to this day I will never think otherwise😔
