I have been a patient here for years and have ALWAYS been treated with care and kindness. From check in to check out every one was very friendly and helpful. I recently saw Dr. Jeter and absolutely loved him. He was very thorough, kind and gentle. He listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. Alyson has helped me with navigating my insurance and even on occasion with my appointments. She’s a real “Jackie of all trades”!. I love this office and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my dermatological needs. Do yourself a favor and schedule your appointment with them….you won’t regret it!

Starting at the front desk, was warm and inviting with smiles. Once in a patient room, was explained everything that was happening and was asked detailed questions about my visit. Dr. Leslie Coker came in treated me like I was family, very down to earth, explained everything, took her time and never made me feel rushed! Office was very bright, and very clean! I will recommend to anyone who will listen! GET YOUR ANNUAL SKIN CHECK! (And so much more)

I have been a patient at this office for years and years. Dr. Willam Coker first diagnosed me with SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus) in 1978 and since that time I continued with his office on and off throughout the years. I was also treating at UVA. When his daughter, Dr. Leslie Coker, joined the office I became one of her patients and have been continuously through today. Dr. Leslie is one of the most knowledgable dermatologists that I know of. She is very thorough in her examinations. You never feel like you are being rushed or that your questions don't matter. She is so very kind and caring to all of her patients. I have referred my sister, my daughter and two of my brothers to her practice and they all speak very highly of her and continue as her patients when in need of care. She is the best. The staff, from the front desk, the exam room and check out, are all very professional and super friendly. The patient's comfort is a number one priorty. Some people may not like going to the doctor. When I know I'm going to Assoc. In Dermatology I can't wait. I always have a great appointment even if it's surgery for a cancer removal which I did have, with a skin graft, with fantastic results. I would never go anywhere else. If you are looking for great dermatologists look no further than this practice.

I experienced horrible customer service during my visit. When I was checking out and booking my follow-up appointment, the front desk and scheduling staff member seemed bothered, rude, and disrespectful. She even rolled her eyes when I asked a few simple questions. When she didn't know the answers about scheduling and availability, she would ignore me. I faced the same lack of service when I called to schedule my appointment. While the doctors are very nice and professional, the front desk associates make me consider switching to another dermatologist. They should be replaced, as there are plenty of people with good manners who would appreciate the opportunity to do their job.

I gave this practice 5 stars because the office staff is always friendly and helpful. Myself and my kids see Tanya and we absolutely love her. She is sweet and knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner which is important to me. The office is clean and roomy. All in all I highly recommend this practice for any of your dermatology needs!!
