I'm not keen on leaving negative reviews for folks in medicine, because I understand their work. I've been coming to this practice for a few years, and each time I'm a little taken aback. I have had ongoing health issues since March of 2023, which have resulted in multiple ER visits and referrals to one singular specialist - the cardiologist. I have had labwork performed, however, has always turned up normal. Based on this practice's philosophy, normal bloodwork equates normal health, or of course it's related to my water intake. My episodes, unbeknownst to me, are neurological in nature and now received an MS diagnosis after being told I'm fine.

DO NOT BE A PATIENT HERE!! You will be treated without care or understanding not only clinically but administratively! The front desk receptionist is unfriendly and rude. If you ever have an appointment and need to cancel due to sickness or COVID in my situation, you will be billed $100 same day cancellation fee even when you call the day before to cancel! They are unethical and will not work with you. I was directed to the billing department who used the excuse of “we called you the following morning to check on you and to see if you were still keeping the appointment!” So they consider it a same day cancellation. They are fraudulent in their own office policies and have no compassion or empathy for their patients. Dr. Boudreau was always kind during my visits but will not respond to requested calls regarding my treatment or questions. Not sure if her staff are relaying the messages to her. Many times I have asked to get a return call from the receptionist or doctor I have never been called back.

While the doctor provided excellent care and was thorough during my appointment, my overall experience was marred by a lengthy wait time for an appointment and a frustrating encounter with the front desk upon arrival. Despite the urgency of my medical concern, I was informed that I needed to provide payment immediately or leave without being seen. While I understand the need for administrative processes, the lack of flexibility and empathy in this situation was disappointing. Thankfully, I was able to locate my credit card, but the experience left me feeling unsettled, particularly given the serious nature of my condition, which turned out to be cancer. Ultimately, the medical care I received was effective, but the administrative aspect of the practice could be improved to better serve patients in distressing circumstances

This is the worst family practice that I have ever delt with. The nurse will not return phone calls or respond to messages from my insurance company. They made me cancel a diagnostic test that was severely needed because the insurance agent could not verify information with the doctor. There is a total lack of communication with this office. I highly recommend to stay away from this doctor and find a practice that actually values their patients time and well being.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience attempting to make an appointment with this doctor’s office. Initially, I called and scheduled an appointment, only for the front desk to mishandle my booking time. Upon calling back to clarify, they were unable to find any record of my original appointment but proceeded to schedule another one. Astonishingly, the day before my rescheduled appointment, the office called to inform me that I could not be seen because I had “missed” my first appointment. Despite explaining the mix-up, I was met with an unreasonable response: I was banned from their office. The lack of professionalism and poor communication I experienced was unacceptable. This ordeal caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. Their handling of appointments and customer service was not just disappointing, but appalling.
