Woodhouse Spa - Leesburg

I booked a deep tissue massage with Pamela and she was amazing! My neck and shoulders were causing me a lot of pain and she did a wonderful job of releasing the tension. The spa itself is very relaxing, and everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back!

Received a $200 gift card from here for my wedding but apparently the front desk people let the gift giver use my card instead of me being able to. What a complete scam and a ridiculous company for allowing someone else to use my gift even though I have the physical gift card. And shame on them for not honoring the gift seeing as how it was mine and my husband’s to use.

I had my deep tissue with hot stones massage with Richard and it was great! He had the perfect pressure, was super professional, and considerate. A little pricy with odd hours since it’s not 60 minute increments but it’ll do for now.

I have been here 3 times, and each time has been the best spa experience I had to that date. From the calming atmosphere, to the incredible massage therapists, to the quiet room to unwind, and all of the amenities in the locker room - this place is like Heaven on earth!

Please read below for my one star review if you like, which was turned into a 5 star review by the efforts of the manager of the spa. She acknowledge and apologized, followed up with me and set me up for a deep tissue massage by another staff and I got full 80min and a great massage. This makes me feel like Woodhouse Spa values their customers and take their feedback seriously. I will continue to go to this location as long as I get good service :) Below is my original 1 star feedback: I have been to this location for deep tissue massage multiple times and it can be a hit or a miss depending on the therapist. I found one massage therapist who was excellent and after I finished my treatment that day I went ahead and bought “6 for 5” - 80 minutes deep tissue massage treatments. Only if I knew that putting so much money in advance into a business and providing loyalty will result in extremely poor service. I waited in the lounge area for almost 20 minutes before the therapist came to get me, even though she saw me waiting in the area earlier. So the massage was 60 minutes instead of 80, that I paid for. And the deep tissue massage this time was more like light pressure for the most part. I am hoping it was the “free” shitty session I received as a result of getting a package and I really hope my rest of the sessions are not the same way. If I had not paid for the package I would have not returned to give more money to a business that supports unfair business practices.
