My boys love getting their haircut by Tracy!!! My teenagers and my youngest always leave happy with their fresh cuts and styles!! I love my new haircut, color, and style by Tracy. Her expertise and listening to my requests is amazing to have the blonde and blending w/ my natural hair color. Tracy comes highly recommended especially w/ her attention to detail!! Amazing!!!

I had miss Tracy Jackson as my stylist we had delightful conversations. She understood what I asked for very well and more! 10/10 will be coming back. I love my hair the most I ever have.

Tracey Jackson has been doing my hair for several years now, ever since I stopped in at the salon for a consultation . She is amazing! She corrected my over processed, greying hair. She also gives me great haircuts and always listens to my requests, she’s is very caring and dedicated to pleasing her clients.

After seeing Kayla who left me with yellow hair and hard lines I spoke to the manager/owner Julia who at first seemed really upset with me and tried to throw my money back at me without offering to fix the issue, but after some coaxing she was open and offered to let Someone else fix it. When I went to see Carla things just got worse and things what I wrote the manager: I expressed the integrity of my hair was my no1 priority, she didn’t say much. She started looking at my hair and asked me what I put in it. I answered just some oil on the ends and dry shampoo at the roots. She kept looking at it and said it really seems like you put some thing in your hair, I said I can assure you I haven’t even washed it since I left here. She insisted that I must have put something in my hair because of how orange it was. I again assured her that I didn’t. Before she went to mixup a bowl of I don’t know what because she really didn’t tell me what she was doing, I asked her if she could add b3 to the mix like I usually do, she said she’s not using bleach and didn’t need to. It was at that point she told me she was using a non-bleach lighter so I at least had a clue of what she was going to do, but I was also under the impression that this wouldn’t damage my hair at all, and she was going to fix the hard lines in my hair. After she washed my hair and I got back to the chair, I saw a long hair hanging out of my hair and started pulling them, and my hair was coming out in white clumps and it didn’t even feel like hair anymore. I said Carla, My hair is falling out, I was nearly in tears and she snatched the handful of hair out of my hand and threw it on the floor and just started blowing drying my hair. She brushed my hair and blowed it behind me. I couldn’t see what came out, but I know that I have had hair loss and SIGNIFICANT breakage, which will take YEARS to repair/regrow. The whole reason I grew it out for the past year was to avoid this exact thing. If it was just lighted enough the first time on my virgin hair, I wouldn’t have had to go back in at all I assumed I would be receiving some sort of color, correct where the dark hair would be dyed blonde, not the blonde hair blonder-to the point of breaking and falling out, she’s been doing this for 40 years so I assumed she knew that overlapping like that would make this happen. BUT I didn’t really know what she was planning on beforehand, and she said that this stuff was very gentle and wouldn’t break my hair, so I just trusted her After she finished blow drying me, my hair did look really nice and I was really happy with the color, but I did express my concern about the hair breakage, she said “you can’t highlight your hair and not expect to lose a hair” it was a handful, if not more because I couldn’t see it all. I’ve been highlighting and dying my hair since I was 13, what happened today is not a common occurrence . And after all this, the hard lines in my hair are even worse than they were before. I showed Carla and she said it was because I was pulling my hair up, but I told her that’s how I usually wear my hair. She said the only thing I could do about it is dye the roots or just let it grow out but that I should probably not touch it again. I’m really sorry about this, I don’t want to upset anybody or cause any problems but this is not right and I am really upset. She wrote back and offered me $150 back from the price of my service which I went and picked up. I was going to let this go but I tied my hair back for the first time since I left and am still so upset with my hairline. I asked Carla to fix it but she didn’t. And $150 is not going to give me my hair back and after spending over $200 on hair repair products I still have brassy, spotty hair with hard lines and can only wear my hair in 1 position. I have had some bad salon experiences but I never been so disappointed with a service, and really felt people should be warned about this place
