Doctor Cohen is amazing.! About 8 years ago I got a lower face and neck lift by different plastic surgeon. A week after the surgery my face looked the same as before . The surgeon redid the surgery and it was so painful that I clenched my jaw and ended up with TMJ. I had to go to a dental specialist and get braces! It was a nightmare ,to make the a long story short there was no difference in my face from Before & After those two face lifts. I said never again. Doctor Cohen said he could make me look 10 to 15 years younger under local and it would be less painful and I would get much better results. He didn't lie ! Doctor Cohen is confident, honest, tells it like it is no sugar coating, plus he has charisma. I trust him fully. He did a wonderful job, I got a lower face and neck left and yes I do look a lot younger and the recovery was minimal I was driving 3 days later. I recommend doctor Cohen fully, call me and Id love to answer any of your questions. Do it, its worth it. I'm 65.

I continue to be beyond impressed with Dr.Cohen and his team. I truly appreciate his talent and skill in achieving the perfect look I was looking for. His bedside manner is amazing too! Other doctors could learn a thing or 2 from him. He and his team took care of every concern I had, no matter how tiny my concern was after my procedure. Its so great to see I am now 2 months post-OP and I am still beyond impressed with his work every time I look in the mirror. Thank you Dr.Cohen and team! When people asked me who was doing my surgery prior to my procedure, I would say Dr Barry Cohen, and I just kept hearing, "Oh, he's the best!" And I agree! I came in for my consultation with questions, and he talked with my very truthfully about what would be the best procedures to achieve the results I was looking for. His staff was also amazing - kind and thorough, making sure I had everything I needed and that they received all info from my Dr to proceed with my surgery. Mo and Marina really made me feel at ease! I had a neck lift with lipo along with a lower facelift. The surgery went smoothly, I was never in any pain during or after my procedure during my recovery. I had adequate meds to help me rest and deal with the pain. Everything went smoothly at each follow up visit. If I had any questions or concerns, I only needed to call the staff or text a picture if I was unsure about anything and they would talk with Dr Cohen and get back with me promptly. I was pleased immediately with the results and it just looks better from week to week as the swelling has been going down. I look just like myself only 10yrs younger. No one even knows I had these procedures unless I tell them, they just say how great I look and ask if I changed my hair! Haha! I couldn't have asked for a better result or care! Thanks for taking me back to my 40s, Dr Cohen! You ARE the best!

My wife went for abdominoplasty and mastopexy and we couldn’t be happier with Barry’s knowledge, experience, skill and demeanor. He is an amazing doc. And once you’re part of his “family” you are truly treated as such. We highly recommend.

Dr Cohen has become more like family to me than a doctor. He is available for me when I need last minute skin care and he removed a very large mole from the back of my head that wasn’t the most comfortable surgery and it did get infected twice to which now I have a little scar but these are the things that are unpredictable in the field. What matters to me is that dr Cohen made himself available to me and checked in on me and was truly there as a doctor should be for their patients. Dr Cohen has a reputation in this town and is very well respected. Regardless of your outcome bc it can vary greatly what matters most to me is having a doctor that is honest, caring beyond words, and willing to be there despite his hundreds of other patients. He is still there for me now and as much as I don’t like my scar I be,ie etc Dr Cohen has done beyond what any other doctor would do to make me feel ok and to make progress moving forward. I recommend Dr. Cohen for his dedication to patients, for his truly warm heart and for being a man of integrity. I love that he never recommends anything just for his monetary benefit, I’ve been into his office waiting room hundreds of times and I’ve never seen what I saw in other DC surgeons _ plastic looking people. I see people who look naturally beautiful, with great skin, and even greater smiles, that is dr cohens way.
