From start to finish, the entire process was nothing short of extraordinary. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail that I received was beyond what I ever expected. Galina, the Patient Care Coordinator, was an absolute gem. From the moment I first reached out, she was warm, informative, and always available to answer my questions. She made what could have been a daunting process feel incredibly manageable, walking me through every step with patience and kindness. Dr. Mardirossian himself is an exceptional surgeon and a true master of his craft. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain all my options, and made sure we were in alignment on the procedures. I particularly appreciated his honesty and integrity. He didn’t hesitate to tell me when a procedure wouldn't provide the results I hoped for or would otherwise not be advised, showing a level of care and respect that is so rare in the medical field. Hey Dr. Mardirossian! I had partial FFS with you on December 19th (didn't want to post my real name here). Thought I would give you a review! I had forehead contouring/scalp advancement/brow lift/rhinoplasty with Dr. Mardirossian this December and it has quite literally changed my life in just the first 10 days recovering. I have never felt more confident and the inner peace I've attained from this is absolutely priceless. He is an amazing surgeon but also an amazing artist akin to Michelangelo. His knack for aesthetics is second to none in my book. Dr. Mardirossian is also such an incredibly kind and personable surgeon. He explains things very well, his bedside manner is very kind, and you can tell he really really cares about his patients. He made sure to check on me several times throughout my stay and made me feel very comfortable given I am a wimp when it comes to pain. I could not have been happier with my results and I plan to come back to Dr. Mardirossian in the future for any other procedures I might have. I can not thank you enough Dr. Mardirossian. My life has a light to it that it did not have before. Also, I have to give a HUGE shout out to his nurse Jennifer. She is such an incredible nurse. She is so kind and helpful and just really great to talk to. I sent her probably close to a hundred emails between the consultation date and up through surgery and she happily answered every one. She is an absolute gem of a nurse and I really hope they do all they can to keep her on his team. I'm studying to be a nurse and she is an inspiration for sure :)! Galina is also a wonderful person and so kind and sweet. She was also so very helpful throughout all of this ^.^ I can not reccommend Dr. Mardirossian enough. If you can do that extra bit of saving, that extra bit of work, whatever it takes to go to Dr. Mardirossian if you can. It is well worth it and you will feel so much more comfortable knowing you have such great people looking after you. Again, this has been the best Christmas I can remember in many *many* years. It has been one of the best things I have ever decided to do for myself besides transitioning to begin with. I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Mardirossian. From Day one they helped guide me through the process with Insurance. After surgery I feel more confident and beautiful than ever. He is an artist in particular with rhinoplasty and genioplasty. Overall 5 star doctor and great responsive office staff. Before with makeup is on the top after with light makeup on the bottom overall dramatic change after facial feminization :)

Dr Mardirossian has done an amazing job on my Voice feminization, and Trachea shave surgeries (done at the same time). His staff was very friendly and helped me prepare my documents for submission to my insurance. As a transwoman in the construction industry I had half a lifetime of on the job training in how to project a powerful male voice, his technique softened my voice but without loosing the power I need to project to my crew. I am just really getting to the point where I can train it and working to push it a bit higher without hitting falsetto. This has made the difference in my life and being misgendered has been cut to almost zero. Dr. Mardirossian has my highest recommendations as his patient but understand it will take time to heal and get to your new normal.
