Bad experience. Did a consultation where they ask for x-rays that can just be passed on from your general dentistry(supposedly they weren't clear enough or too old) which I had taken less than 6 months, sure thing. Then, they told it would be around $200 for the consult and paid about $118 day of, allowing my insurance to get charged the rest. Suddenly, I owe another $90 months later and call to get this explained. They said they will call me back to go over my account at 2pm that day. Months later, the consult was about $350???????? Call the next day since no one got back and was spoken over on the phone from Angela or some name like that I believe, and said "we must have been busy and we take up to 24 hours," I'm sorry Angela, someone yesterday did not tell me your rules and policy so how would CUSTOMERS know when all the communication is messy and HAS BEEN more than 24 hours. But when you are expected to bill patients who pay money for services and seen and done with, the professionalism apparently disappears after. Lack of listening, talks over you and your concern and continues on to the point your being told like a child than just wait and listen. No accountability in just apologizing for not having a sense of knowledge what they even fined for and not having a organized system of communicating with customers. And just expect to pay before, after, and all around for a consult they change all their numbers in. After all, "we have a contract with your insurance so we can do this," make sure you ask them firsthand how much TRULY their rates than being told different numbers every time you call to ask an employee.

Dr. Gocke and his staff are amazing!! Everyone from the doctors to the dental assistants, front desk, and treatment coordinators are very professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable, with their patients’ care as top priority. My husband and I came in for hair loss problems and Dr. Gocke patiently listened to us and recommended the proper PRF treatment for our issues. He carefully clarified any questions and concerns that we had in a manner that reassured us we were in good hands! Dr. Gocke and his staff also took great care of my daughter during all phases of her wisdom teeth procedure a couple years ago! Dr. Gocke is the best! I highly recommend him and his excellent practice for your hair loss concerns and oral surgery needs!!

This practice is highly recommended by me after my full implant dental surgery! Everyone on the team from the doctor, O.R. nurses, and front office staff were amazing professionals to work with. My surgery went off perfectly, with better than expected healing, which is much appreciated!

Total pros across the whole team! Dr McAdams rocks and so do all the people involved in my lovely extraction. In my next life I plan to brush my teeth weekly cuz this whole monthly thing ain’t workin out!

Had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Gocke and his team, and honestly, they were amazing! From the minute I walked in, everyone was super friendly and made me feel totally at ease. The office is bright and welcoming. They were all about making sure I was comfortable the whole time. So glad I ended up here—couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
