This was my first time coming here and it was amazing! I had set up my appointment over a month prior to get some lip filler for the first time. Prior to my appointment that day, I had been to another aesthetic center nearby receiving a wax and eyebrow tint. I never saw the results of the tint until after I got into my car and saw that the coloring was completely butchered. My eyebrows are naturally blonde and they used a dark brown/black on them. They looked like zebra stripes and the colors were not consistent at all on my brows. Mortified, I had to arrive to my Beauty Awakened appointment ten minutes after this occurred and I had no way of fixing it beforehand. When I walked in, I was met by 4 lovely ladies who could see almost straight away that I was having a problem and jumped in to try and fix it without any hesitation. The owner asked her master esthetician, Taylor, if she could fix the damage and before I knew I was being swept away to her room so she could get to work. In the meantime, Dr. Mary Brandon came back to help get the numbing process started for my lip filler. At no point during this process did I feel rushed as it was very clear these ladies wanted to do their best to fix a problem they did not even create. Taylor was an absolute life saver and managed to correct the coloring on my eyebrows to match my natural red hair color. From there I was able to finally sit down and do my lip filler procedure which went very smoothly. Before Dr. Mary began, I had a discussion about further procedures I was wanting to potentially do such as chin filler or Kybella to help with my soft jawline. She did a quick consult right there and told me I was not a great candidate for Kybella, but instead suggested using the left over lip filler in my chin to bring it out, as well as injecting Botox in my masseter muscles to help assist in slimming my face and creating a stronger jawline. I agreed to add on the Botox and she was able to do that within 5 minutes. She took her time with my lip filler and made sure it was symmetric on both sides as well as up to the standard of what I wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire procedure and answered any and all questions that I had. I am ESTATIC with the results of it all including the quick fix of my eyebrow tint. From booking this appointment to walking out the door, I felt extremely taken care of by each and every one of the employees. I would and will recommend this establishment to others! I plan to return regularly here for my waxes and tints as well as explore the other services that they have to offer.
