I had an appointment today to have work done by Dr Bauer. This is the second time due to he was running behind so I had to reschedule. Today I was sitting there and that same announcement came over the speaker that Dr was running behind again. I freaked. I read reviews about this Dr and I was surprised he still has a job. This place is a joke. Got my money back and found another Dr. Also the girls at the front desk have the personalities of a rock.

Zero stars. The last experience with Pariser Dermatology was not good at all being that I was called back well past my original time of my appointment. I felt the appointment was a waste of time for multiple reasons, one being that I wasn't given clear answers to my concerns/questions and the doctors eyes kept rolling up into his head. Being that I needed to be seen, I was hopeful that things were different this time around. I called for an appointment this morning and much to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment in the afternoon due to a cancellation. I had my doubts but decided to give them another try. WHAT A MISTAKE! I arrived 15 minutes prior to my 2:30 appointment. Then I waited... and waited.. and waited UNTIL, one of the receptionist made an announcement that Dr. BAUER was running 45 minutes behind... At that point, it was 30 minutes past my original appointment. Not to mention, there was someone that was also waiting for the same doctor that had a 2:15 appointment. There was no way I was able to wait another 45 minutes (OR LONGER) in hopes that I would be seen as I took time off of work for an appointment that should have taken less than 1 hour at best. It was A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND waste of my earned leave time!! I will not be returning to that office EVER again nor will I recommend them to ANYONE!

My appointment was at 10:30, I was there at 10:20 and got signed in. At 11:00 they announced that the doctor was running an hour behind. So I canceled my appointment and left. Why did they not let me know when I arrived. To me that says they don’t care about my time or at least they prioritize their time over the patient’s time. What would happen if I showed up an hour late to my appointment? If you value your time I would not go here.

Dr. Bauer is an incredible dermatologist at this facility. The nurses are just as outstanding! However, I wish their front office representative was more professional. After requesting for another appointment, I heard her scoff while rolling her eyes. The other 2 ladies at the front desk were more mindful. I am glad I was able to get a same day appointment, but this is definitely my last appointment I will have here. The attitude was very unnecessary and this is not the only time I have encountered this behavior here with checking in/out.

Dr. Bunch was so personable and cheerful. I felt very comfortable with her. She was very good at explaining all the different questionable areas she found and what is the treatment for each.. I highly recommend her and look forward to her help in the future.
