My daughter had her first appointment here with Physicians Assistant, Madison Scott. We had such a wonderful experience!! PA-C Madison was exceptionally professional and answered all of our questions in reference to my daughter’s skin care. The front office staff was also very nice as well!

Wanted to see Dr. Harvey and team because of the wonderful reviews. I submitted an online appt request listing the reason for my visit. On the day of the appt, the office left a voicemail stating the office was closing early and requesting I leave a voicemail with the reason for my visit. Understandable - no biggie. I left a voicemail detailing the reason for my visit. [Redacted] returned my call asking again for the reason for my visit then curtly states that the first available appointment is in August. When I ask about the appointments online she sounded annoyed and dryly restated the availability. The front desk helps create the patient experience. Vibes are off - I’m good.

Waited a year for this appointment. 2 ambulances and no parking spaces led me to be 11 minutes late. So I have to reschedule ( 7 minute rule). Wish that rule worked both ways. So I ask if I can see the PA for a current condition. Sure, in September! New appointment with Dr. Harvey is for next year...I am looking for a different practice.

I wasn't too much of a fan of the receptionist I spoke with over the phone, who didn't seem to have any bedside manners (I didn't catch her name). I had been waiting a little over three months to be seen by a dermatologist in reference to my scalp issues, and I also understand there’s limited availability due to staffing and doctors not seeing new patients. However, it doesn’t cost you anything to reschedule an appointment or work with me to cancel the current one. I also know that new patient appointments are a bit lengthy, and they are typically pushed back three months even though they have availability. However, they need to leave it open for the patients they already have. Needless to say, I just canceled the appointment, and this review is ONLY based on my initial interaction with the receptionist, who I found to be quite rude. I will say the voice messages left by that particular receptionist were much nicer than our initial conversation.

I have been seeing Dr. Harvey for years - ever since I first saw her for a full body skin exam and she noticed to areas (I never even suspected they were cancerous) which, following a biopsy, revealed melanoma. She called me one evening after hours from her cell phone to give me the news and was very quick to set up the necessary appointments with an oncologist to perform the necessary surgeries. I couldn’t be more appreciative of her reaching out to me after office hours and her quick response to getting me set up with the necessary doctors to take care of me. I have been seeing her yearly ever since. I will always trust Dr Harvey with my skin care and screenings. A++++
