Kevin Charles was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His assistant was also very nice. The front reception person who checked me in didn't even look at me or say hello. Looking at her screen, she just said 'name?' The difference between the front office and the clinical area is like day and night!!

Kevin took his time to assess all of the issues I was having and even took time to answer additional questions. He was able to efficiently help solve my dermatology issues. I also had a great experience when I called the front desk. I was having trouble getting my prescriptions filled (pharmacy problems) and Danielle was SUPER helpful in solving my problems. Highly recommend!

I have had excellent, comprehensive care from PA Kevin Charles. He became my dermatologist following the retirement of the MD I saw for years. On my last visit, Kevin saw and removed a suspicious dark spot on my shoulder. Tissue testing revealed melanoma. He followed up with a personal phone call and completely explained the next steps. His staff promptly arranged for oncology followup.

Kevin has always been great with my mom! I just recently started to see him as well and I'm very comfortable with him. He is very kind and I appreciate that so much.

Kevin is very personable and engaging. He explained what he was looking for and what each of my areas of concern were. I would definitely see him again
