I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early and they took me in before my scheduled appointment. The staff member took time and explained everything to me and what to expect. Afterwards she gave me an ice pack and some samples to use. Great visit all around.

Signing in was fast and easy, waiting time was minimal where I was taken into a room for Michelle. She was wonderful. Professional, friendly and explained everything she saw to me. I had been going to another facility for my yearly skin exam but I felt like I was herded in, quickly examined or given a once over then told you can get dressed. Besides the fact that I'm a female I didn't like the fact I kept getting 2 young men to look over my nude body. I had mentioned that fact and was told I would have to reschedule.
