I went to this clinic to have pilar cysts removed. During my first visit, only three were identified and addressed during surgery. Afterward, I called to arrange the removal of three remaining cysts. I was told I would need to wait a month for a follow-up review of my scalp before scheduling another surgery. As I had already met my deductible, I specifically asked to confirm that the surgery would occur before the end of the year, and they assured me of it. During the follow-up, and after the follow-up, they assured me once again of the surgery being done before the end of the year. The front desk staff did not immediately schedule the procedure even after I asked, but told me I would receive a call to finalize the date. A week passed without any communication, so I called back myself. At that point, they reassured me for the fourth time that the surgery would be completed before the end of the year. Unfortunately, just three days before the scheduled date (Dec 23rd), they canceled and attempted to reschedule the procedure for the following year. While the doctors performed excellent work during my initial surgery, the scheduling process was frustratingly disorganized and lacked accountability. I called them today before leaving a bad review to try to work this issue, but received no sympathy even after I told them this whole story. I also received no text confirmation of the appointment being cancelled.

I felt like I wasted time by going to this appointment. I’ve been dealing with an issue for years no and was hoping to get some answers. Mr. Sheets came in and spent less than 5 minutes during the visit. He was very dismissive and basically made it seem like the problem/pain I was experiencing did not matter or exist. I felt unheard and basically gas lit into thinking it’s not an issue. Then was told that another doctor may or may not be able to help. I Will not be back. If you’re not there for Botox or fillers they simply don’t care.

Very unprofessional business practices. Spent 10 minutes with the provider to hear that they could do nothing, which I understood, but was promised a referral. Then they called later to say they changed their mind. No referral, no explanation. BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME. When I protested the charges, they refused to modify them at all. So I was charged not only in cash but for MY inconvenience and time off work and received absolutely nothing in return - and still had to deal with the original problem while trying to find another provider and get an appointment. A complete waste of my time and resources. They simply don't care.

I did not believe the receptionist when she said that my appointment would only be 30 minutes. I scheduled an appointment the same day, went to my appointment, got greeted very nicely and professionally, and sat in the front lobby for less time than it took me to complete my paperwork. My PA that I saw was professional, quick, and focused on solving my issue. She went above and beyond with helping me. I am one who dreads going to the doctors' because of long wait, etc. This is the place everyone should go for quick and great service.
