I don't like leaving negative reviews, but it is important that people are aware of how Dr. Zemmel's office does business. I scheduled a surgery over a year ago. At the time, I was told by the office manager that, if I cancelled or postponed, the practice would keep $1000 which would be applied to any subsequent surgery that I scheduled. When I attempted to reschedule, I was told that my doctor was no longer with the practice, so I requested a refund of the $1000. I called several times, explained my situation, and asked to speak to the office manager. I was told that she was unavailable and would return my call. My calls were never returned. Finally, my husband went to the office and was told that Dr. Zemmel would not be approving any refunds. This is not what I was told, and I think $1000 is a lot of money.

Staff was welcoming and professional. Dr Zemmel came highly recommended to me by my daughter. He was personable and very easy to talk to about my particular issues . He explained all aspects of the procedures I was interested in, eliminating any uneasy feelings I had. I have scheduled my surgery for this fall and looking forward to seeing the results. Thank you Dr Zemmel and Rose for the referral!

Dr. Zemmel and his team are nothing short of amazing. Not only is the work top notch, the customer service and attention to detail is worth every penny spent. I am so happy with the work that they did for my daughter’s breast reduction. I am extremely happy that I was referred to him… Both the doctor and his support staff’s work is impeccable!
