I had a very good experience once I was at the location and being taken care of. First and foremost is getting to the actual building. Hugely difficult unless you find p.f Chang's and park nearby. Walk through that hallway corridor to go directly behind. I have photos to help. Please look carefully. Back to booking: The biggest negative which almost made me not go, was the way they got me interested. I was getting ads from social media. I started, booked online and confirmed. Everything was good until I got an unusual amount of text messages starting the next day that were not assigned to Luxura and definitely from a third party person. Not professional with the server changes in days and times. It was very aggravating as they continued to switch my options and appointment around. I almost gave up. I'm glad I didn't, this is what I found out because I went... All of the people that work there are true professionals. It was polar opposite of what I was thinking because of the communication before I walk through the door. Each one of them did their job very well. From the manager, the front end person and esthetician. I know the business well because I did every aspect of the beauty industry for well over 30 years and retired from it. I knew third party agencies tend to complicate things and they did a great job of doing so. But I really wanted my anti-aging facial. Other people with their reviews stated having issues the same way. They're way of online booking is not good, so I highly recommend you just choose one of the places that you want to go to and TALK to the people that actually work in that location. My esthetician was very professional and very good. Her touch was excellent and knowledge extraordinary. I really enjoyed my anti-aging facial. I highly recommend going in and taking advantage of your first treatment. My skin is moist, my pores are plump and hydrated, my lines are minimal. I am happy. It's a great time to take them up on their new client opportunities. They have great deals going on. Enjoy your treatment. Trust me you will! I’m giving a 3star only because the young lady that did my facial was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable; I wish I remembered her name. After my service, I was put in a room with a lady trying to get me into a contract for 3K to rub some cream on my face and get useless “facelift” treatments. Today was 79.00 dollars plus tip and It looks no different, (as advertised) and had to come home and wash the residue off my skin. Tightening and lifting?? Not at all!!! I really just wasted my money.

I felt like everyone was in training , I went in to get a facial today and when I arrived home I still had make up on my face, the massage felt amazing , during my facial. Pretty office and clean. Won’t go back .

First no one introduced themselves when I walked in. The person who did my facial did, the only one. Second the facial was okay. I came in with dry skin and left with dry skin. After my facial I was sent to (no name person) to pitch different packages which included joining the club. Crazy! So no I will not be going back.

I booked 4 micro needling sessions and 4 facials prior to my wedding and am extremely happy with the results! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and thoughtful. My skin looks amazing and I am super excited for my big day! Grateful to have found luxura!
