Very positive experience overall! The nurses are all super nice, exceedingly professional, and have always made sure that I’ve been comfortable during my treatments with them. I have been seen by several different nurses and I can’t think of a bad thing to say about any of them. Mercedes is an absolute joy to see whenever I’m there and always makes sure that I’m satisfied with my services and makes the whole process very easy. As for the progress of my actual treatments, I have a mix of light and dark hair, so some spots work better than others (which I always knew would be the case and they made sure to make that very clear). However, the results have been exceeding my expectations. I’ve given them 5 starts, but I’d leave 6 if I could. 100% recommend

I went to this location for a quick consult, and although I have yet to start my sessions I do want to commend the staff for being welcoming, inviting and knowledgeable. It was a clean environment. The manager was super nice and patient with me! The nurses answered all of my questions and were genuinely caring! I can honestly say that I was pleased when I walked in and immediately asked if I needed anything. The tour was nice and I was able to learn about more than just laser hair removal!

Had the best experience here! My expectations are always met! The services are amazing as well! I highly recommend Sonnah she takes care of you and is so sweet. I will also say that Mercedes is fantastic with great customer service and patience.

Katie was amazing! She explained everything really thoroughly before starting and took time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. Her attention to detail and precision are unmatched. Will be back!
