I got my wisdom teeth removed last week and was really nervous about the whole experience since I’ve never been under anesthesia before. Dr. Bonacci was wonderful and helped me stay calm and talked me through on how to take care of my teeth after the surgery. All the other employees here are wonderful and kind. I highly recommend coming here!!

Dr. Bonacci is a superb *****+ five star plus Oral Surgeon. In our opinion, he is the #1 best, anywhere in the area of Vienna VA or Fairfax VA. Over the past 14 years, both my wife and I have had multiple implants, tooth extractions; and other complex dental work performed by him. We have had two different dentists in the area over the past14 years, and both dentists referred us to his practice when there was any difficult surgical treatment issue to solve. You couldn't make a better decision than choosing his practice, if you are considering anyone, ...hands down use him.

I had a great experience. One of my implants broke. The doctor, who originally installed it, is no longer practicing. Dr Bonacci had a hard time taking the implant out, but he did it. He explained the procedure well. Once the area heeled enough, he installed the new one. He made sure everything was fine. The whole procedure was a little more than I expected to spend, but I recommend this practice. The whole staff were friendly and professional.

I presented them with a very challenging case. They were dealing with a reconstructed jaw after surgery to remove an ameloblastoma. As a result, I had lost two rear molars on the left lower side of my jaw. After several consultations, the plan was to insert an implant to at least return one of the teeth (and the ability to chew on my left side). Dr. Bonnaci was attentive, skillful and caring. He personally called me at home the night after the initial surgery to make sure I was healing well. Can't say enough good things. Friendly, dynamic and skilled team.
