Misdiagnosed my wife for months, and then stubbornly stuck to her diagnosis and refused to do a biopsy. By the time we went to a more competent dermatologist, we learned it was too late, the follicles scarred over, and due to the misdiagnosis she would never grow hair again. She is now crushed and life forever changed due to sticking with this derm for too long.

I have attended this clinic for a little over two years now. I came after a horrific experience with an esthetician which left me with painful cystic acne. Dr. Nguyen was able to correct this issue with a prescription and laser treatment (grateful I didn’t have to start taking Accutane). Now people compliment my skin all the time because it looks so smooth. I really appreciate all her help!!

If you want to be INHUMANLY treated then come here! First she did a laser procedure without giving me any form of anesthesia, worst pain in my life! Next, she wouldn’t even drain a cyst after I waited over 2 weeks for an appointment! She told me it would be “smelly”, so I should just go home until it bursts on its own! I literally went to another dermatologist just down the road and they drained it asap, even though I was a first time patient. Don’t even get me started with the HORRIBLE front desk folks. Pure WICKEDNESS!

The front desk medical assistants are unprofessional. It has been three weeks since my last visit and I couldn’t get my prescription order. I called many times and they said they would call me to fix the problem but I still did not get my prescription. My daughter had also stitches done in this office but some of them stayed inside her skin which made the scar again. Don’t go to this office look for more professional and dedicated healthcare providers that love what they are practicing.

Horrible bedside manner. Does not make the pt feel comfortable and explain what she is doing. Not very communicative. Very transactional. Cares more about bringing patients in than treating them. Best to find a Dr. who actually cares.
