Fantastic results on back, abs and butt. Lucia is amazing and her expertise and genuine interest in seeing results are the reasons I choose this office. The staff is well trained and I cannot believe my results. I was careful to follow their post-care instructions.

Zahra, the technician, was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through the entire process and all the payment plan options available. I truly felt supported and informed every step of the way. The facility itself is spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel even more at ease. What stood out the most, though, was the friendly and welcoming environment. Zahra's charm and positive attitude made my visit enjoyable and uplifting. I had a disappointing experience with LightRx at the Tysons Corner location. I found a Groupon deal for a treatment I was interested in and scheduled a phone consultation to confirm if it was right for me. During the call, Becky assured me that I was a perfect candidate for the Groupon package. I specifically asked if I might need a different treatment or package, but she insisted that the Groupon option was ideal and told me I needed to purchase it to book my appointment. After following her advice, I visited the salon, which was clean and nicely maintained. However, during my in-person consultation with the manager, Lucia, I was told I had purchased the wrong package and would need a much more expensive one instead. The price difference was significant, and I felt pressured into upgrading. This was frustrating because I had made it clear during the phone consultation that I wanted to ensure I was buying the right treatment. Instead, I was misled into purchasing a Groupon package that wasn’t suitable for me. To make matters worse, Lucia mentioned that their most effective treatments aren’t even offered on Groupon, which left me feeling deceived by their sales tactics. I would strongly recommend avoiding purchasing any Groupon package from this facility until you’ve had an in-person consultation. Their consultation process was misleading, and the push to upsell was uncomfortable. Fortunately, I found another facility with more transparent pricing and honest staff. If you’re considering LightRx, be cautious and make sure you have all the details in person before committing to anything.

They were a little hard to get in contact with at first, but once I did, the service was wonderful and painless. Absolutely no bruising and very reasonable prices.

I have had a great experience with LightRx in Tysons so far. Shameka has been amazing to work with, treating me like a friend she has known for years. Her kindness and warmth are appreciated, as well as her professionalism and level of service and detail. I highly recommend!
