Absolutely phenomenal surgeon with Excellent bedside manner., Breast reduction and lift surgery. I immediately felt at ease meeting Dr. Tilt for my consultation. she had a great balance of professionalism and friendliness that I have found elusive in a lot of medical professionals. She was empathetic about me to my fears about surgery. I had significant drooping/loss of elasticity, neck spasms, back pain for over 15 years due to fear. Dr. Tilt changed my mind, giving me guidance and reassurance every step of the way. I finally had my surgery 3 weeks ago and wowowowow, I could NOT be happier. Dare I say my breasts are perfect. I’m healing so well; I was on bed rest for a week, but I was up and about by day 3. My scars are healing so beautifully, and in some places barely noticeable. I have never felt so confident and beautiful and in love with my body my entire life. And I have Dr. Tilt to thank for that. I trusted her fully on size recommendation based on pictures and my breasts look exactly like my wish pictures did. I am so glad to have trusted with Dr. Tilt and her staff

The staff here are wonderful, & helped put me at ease. Dr. Tilt removed the lipoma from my cheek/jaw & barely left a scar, which I'm so thankful for. Very pleasant & caring, I would recommend her since she does such an excellent job!!

Dr. Alexandra Tilt is awesome. She is very professional and precise in her line of work. From day one she and her staff made me feel like family. I love the way she took the time to make sure I understood everything about my surgery. From prep, surgery to recovery. She was always ready to answer any questions that I had.
