I’ve been having BBL Hero Laser treatments at Riva Medspa for the past two years now to address some sun damage pigmentation on my body. I’m absolutely delighted with the results so far and feel like Dr. Nguyen has really taken his time with me to ensure the very best outcome possible for my skin. I’ve seen spots that I’ve had for 20+ years completely disappear! The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming & accommodating. The establishment is also very clean, cozy, and well maintained. I’m happy to find such a nice little gem of a Medspa!

This spa is the best in Virginia Beach! Lovely, sweet staff who make you feel comfortable and completely looked after. Karen is AMAZING! She is just the nicest person and she is excellent at what she does. I totally recommend this spa if you are looking for decent prices, lovely staff and excellent services / products.
