I made an appointment for 10am and arrived at 9:55. The door was locked so I rang the Ring bell twice and no one ever showed so I left. At 10:05 I got a text asking if I was coming and I told her what happened - she basically said she was setting up and I should have knocked. I understand things happen but it felt very uncomfortable that the door was locked 5 minutes before my appointment. She did mention that she was setting up and didn’t hear the Ring but she should have had the door unlocked or been keeping an eye out since she knew I was coming. It felt very unwelcoming. Honestly I think she needs to work on her customer service; she came off as very unprofessional in her responses. I told her I would not be rescheduling and will be reaching out to Groupon for a refund.

I have been there for two appointments and am set up for a third. There were a couple of miscommunications in the beginning, but I have visited since and she explained there were some exinuating circumstances related to those times. It is easy to schedule and reschedule from the webpage. I am looking forward to seeing some results now that I will be able to schedule more consistently.

Horrible experience trying to book an appointment. Found merchant on Groupon under Mudita Beauty. Saw the numerous negative comments on the inability to schedule appointments. But gave it a shot. It was easy booking the appointment but when I arrived at the location it was closed. I called and texted the office. The merchant upstair texted her too. Finally received a text that she had contacted me 2 days ago to reschedule. Not true! Rescheduled for the next day. Response “I can do around 130”. I should have walked away then after this text! Trying to give merchant a little bit more time just, I thought to arrive in between 130-145. At 143, as I was exiting my car to enter the establishment she text me to reschedule. Ridiculous! I wouldn’t recommend getting service from this merchant even if the service is free. Very unprofessional. 7/23/2024 Update: Sharing texts. As you can see, merchant was very vague about appointment time “around 130”. A professional business owner would have given an exact time and mentioned the fact that the new appointment wasn’t really a confirmed slot. I’d not recommend anyone using this establishment.
