First Choice Medical Care

Pretty good.. I'll never understand why they schedule patients during lunch break though. My appt. was at 12, got there at 11:45ish because I am always early for things like this in case there's paperwork or anything. Didn't get my name called until 12:35! WITH another patient.. so almost ONE HOUR- we both had appts at the same time too. The nurse even admitted it was lunch time. Take your lunch, I don't care, just don't have me scheduled during it. I will gladly come before or after.. I left work early for this appt and I could've worked for longer.. Anyway, the nurse (Shannon maybe) was kind and did apologize. Doctor and his assistant were also kind.

Lied to me three different times. Committed insurance fraud charging me for a visit that never happened. Now they’re trying to charge me for another appointment to correct a mistake they made from my first visit months ago. Shady business practices and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years & would never go anywhere else. There are honestly no words to describe how amazing I think NP Shirin is, hands down she is the best around! Her ability to listen & connect with you goes beyond the usual doctor/patient interaction. I feel so blessed to have found this practice, you feel seen & heard after every visit. This practice has always gone above & beyond in accommodating my needs & are on a different level than anywhere else I’ve gone. It’s obvious that they care about the care they provide you as a person & not just another patient to cross off the list to be seen.

I have begun encouraging everyone I know to change their primary care over to Shirin and/or Dr.Hambaz at First Choice. In all my life I have never received such personalized and genuine care. My concerns are ALWAYS validated, I can get appointments when I need them, and efforts are always made to ensure that I’m pleased and being taken care of. They truly go above and beyond!!!!

I and my husband switched our primary to First choice medical because we have heard great things about Drs and Staff . We visited them in January and we are very satisfied by their facility, staff and mainly Dr. Shirin Dalai. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient . She goes above and beyond to explain the test results and is very kind .I definitely recommend her to everyone . Thank you Dr.Shirin .
