I mean, most of these reviews are true- they do need someone better for answering phones and getting back to people in here and it is busy. However, I love Dr.gross. He’s very friendly, kind, and informative. He’s also never had a problem removing any of my moles for me. I also will say, they had to cancel my appointment the other day due to snow but when I told them how rapidly my mole was growing and how uncomfortable I was.. they fit me in that week even being super busy. Most doctor’s offices and especially specialists have a long wait list.

Do not bother with this place. I got an appointment for last Thursday, unfortunately the snow hit Wednesday afternoon. I know they can’t change the weather but they didn’t call or email to say my appointment was canceled or to reschedule. I drove out Thursday around 1420 roads were pretty clear at this point. I arrived to a completely plowed lot which made me think they may be working come to find out no has been at the office since 1300 Wednesday. Then they don’t answer their phones so I can reschedule my appointment. Called though out the day Friday was never able to reach anyone. And call today when they are supposed to open at 0800 and no answer. Waited until 0830 and called again but to be on hold and get no answer. This place seems to have terrible customer service. Wish I would have checked the reviews before wasting my time.

I was referred here by my Dr. for a mole that's been sticking out on my face for years! I waited about an hr and a half which was expected considering what they do! I had a great experience especially considering I was nervous! Dr. Gross and his staff made me feel very comfortable! I'm definitely excited about my mole being gone! Thanks Dr. Gross!

The doctor is a nice person, but fails to communicate with his patients when seeking advice or reasonings for treatments. On top of this they do not answer their phones or call back at reasonable times. This has happened many times when I had serious questions and side effects.

For both of my visits, I waited 20-30 minutes in the waiting room after my appointment time. Then, I waited an addition 20 minutes in a room to see the doctor. The doctor came off as very arrogant and dismissive to me. He looked at my cheeks for 2 seconds and diagnosed me with rosacea and was overly eager to prescribe lots of medication for dandruff with no regard to my preference for hair care or organic solutions. Just felt like he really didn't get to know me or talk about possible solutions. He just prescribed and moved on. Also, he quizzed me like a little child about things he said to see if I was paying attention. Not my favorite experience.
