Everyone was very polite. Ree is an awesome receptionist.. the MD nigam is a very great doctor really knows his practice, followed by the nurses Kelly and Trish who was amazing working together. Best service experience, very time efficient!

This review is specifically for nurse Anjali, who works in the plastic surgery side at the Sentera Plastic surgery suite 206. I did a Google search before I landed on Anjali. I have tried numerous medspas, plastic surgeons, and even ideal image for various services. I wanted to do lip augmentation for a final time. I have had terrible experiences in the past with those afformentioned locations. I felt Anjali was the right person for me. She took her time and actually listened to my goals. As a nurse, I felt Anjali gave me compassionate care and explained the procedure to me in a way that made sense. She took her time and was very honest with me throughout the whole process. I love her attention to detail and her ability to listen to me so I could achieve my aesthetic goals. Previous lip augmentations by different providers failed to meet my goals. Anjali exceeded my goals!!!! I only want Anjali to provide services for me and my face! I plan to do sculptura and other anti-aging procedures based on her recommendations. BTW I LOVE my lips that she did. She used a very small needle (it's the same syringe for diabetic medications, very small) and took her time to augment my lips. She even recommended to dissolve the pervious filler I had to achieve the best result. Her recommendation was spot on!!!! She thoroughly explained what she was doing every step of the way. She never downplayed what I would feel or what she was doing. This was the first time I have had minimal swelling after a lip augmentation. I trust her one million percent and will highly recommend her to all my friends. She is truly a gem and genuinely cares about her patients. I am 41 and have a three huge scars on my lips that cause a lot of asymmetry. (It looks like cleft palate. Plus, cold sore have left one side of my lips much thicker than the other. In the past, lip injectors would overfill my lips and forget I have a lot of scar tissue in my lips, which resulted in horrible duck lips) Anjali was able to correct a lot of the asymmetry and still made my lips fit my face.

My grand daughter had surgery there they are not to be trusted not even 2 weeks in my grandaughter has caught infection in both of her sites she came down for a follow up appointment and his assistant looked at the surgery site knowing my grandaughter had already caught infection she turned around and sent her home now she is in another critical care hospital hoping she will be ok she has been through 3 more surgerys in a 2 week time frame don't trust them I'm highly disappointed since day one I never met him after surgery I suppose to have met him I never seen him it's sad how these DRs be doing surgery and not knowing what they are doing

Had an appointment in January and my provider referred me to Sentara. Had a consult with Sentara march 6th. Since then they have not reached out to me regarding the stay of my care. The scheduler for Dr. Dentcheva has ignored every call and voicemail for more than 3 months. Called everyone in the office in hopes to be transferred and the phone never answers. I had my initial provider call the office and the front desk said they were waiting for insurance authorization. My insurance company approved this 2 months ago. I spoke with dannalyn once I called my insurance and got the approval myself. Dannalyn said she would get in contact with the scheduler after I requested to speak to a manager and never received a call back. Very unprofessional and they do not care about their future or current patients.
