TPMG Independence Family Medicine

TPMG is a medical facility needing attention. Their nursing staff, team of doctors and some office clientele don’t stay long enough to maintain or even build a good relationship. Pam, an office receptionist, has been there for a couple of years, she’s friendly, professional and always wears a smile. The patient rooms are dirty, old and without character. The waiting room chairs are worn, and the magazines are old, overall, the entire facility needs a complete facelift. It’s hard for me to leave a review as bad as this one, because normally my reviews are super great.

Good afternoon! Thank you for requesting a survey for my visit on 10/ 24/2023. TPMG IFM is the best. Everyone there is very professional. I called on 10/23/23 to seek help for what I was experiencing. I knew it was vertigo because I had experienced it several time. But! It felt must different than the last attack. Pam who is so sweet recommend that I come in to get checked. She stated that Ms.Mary Wagner who is my PC was not available and did I mind seeing Ms. Katie Sexton, PA I arrived at my appointment and a very nice young lady took my weight, blood pressure, etc…Ms. Katie Sexton, PA entered the room and performed several test. At this point I didn’t feel up to anything. But! I knew I had to go to this appointment to get the medication that I need. I was dealing with some very heavy emotions. I had received word that my mother had passed. I felt that Ms.Sexton was an Angel that God had sent. She was so Kind.. She gave me her sympathy and condolence. She was so genuine. Ms. Sexton, Please accept my warmest thanks for your thoughtfulness and words of comfort. I appreciate you more than words can say. You were a blessing. God knew what I needed on that appointment. Ms. Mary Wagner I appreciate you too. You have looked after my husband and I for several years now. Thank you for all that you have done for us. Thank you!

I have an adult Special Needs daughter. Sometimes going to the doctor can be a scary thing for her. When we got there to check in everyone in the office was very pleasant with her and interacting with her. They brought a smile to her face as did she to theirs. Once Dr. Katie came in, its like she and my daughter became instant best friends! She was so good with my daughter and it was a wonderful sight to see.

I’m an out-of-state patient (NY). When my dr had no clue as to how to treat the autoimmune condition I was diagnosed with, Dr Byman knew exactly what to do. He has been a source of knowledge and guidance. He’s open to new approaches, and is up-to-date on what’s coming down the pike. He always has time for a text or phone call. Definitely worth flying in to see. Highly recommend.

Excellent, on time, professional including all staff. Courteous and engaging from first in the Ford to the exit. However, I called back at 4:25 and they were already closed for the day. I had a quick question so I waited so not to interfere with vital office work. They were gone till Monday.
