I had a large list of items to shop for and was unfamiliar with the location of said items. I asked Jackie for assistance and she was very helpful and kind. I was literally going to be in the store for another 2 hours had she not have helped me. She was patient and happy to help. Thanks again Jackie!!!

All I wanted was to buy a hair dryer. I was asked at checkout to put in my phone number. I said, "No," multiple times: "Please put in your phone number for discounts on your next visit." "Don't you want to save money next time?" "Are you throwing away free money?" "Do you have friends that want the discount?" "You sure you don't have friends that want free money?" I would have given this establishment 1 star but there was a fellow who helped me who was wonderful. Front of house: Ease up on trying to sell customer's information.

I was helped by a young, woman who works at Warrenton Ulta. I asked for her to help me choose a lip liner and tinted gloss combination look. She took the time to even go in the back and find the color I was asking about. She was SO kind and although I’m 39, I don’t know much about makeup. ( her makeup was lovely so I figured she knows her stuff. Lol ) Long story short, I went home and my husband of 13 years told me my lipstick looked so beautiful and he literally said it was “the best color on me I’ve ever used”!!! I WISH I knew her name to say thank you, but really everyone I’ve over spoken to At Warrenton Ulta is helpful, kind, and make you feel welcome. Thanks Warrenton Ulta!

So I had a haircut scheduled a few days in advance and had been very much looking forward to it. I show up ten minutes before my appointment to be told by the woman behind the counter that my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to an injury. Now I do hope this is the case and I very much hope the stylist is okay but to have no other people on as a backup and to be told I’d have to cancel or reschedule? Also the stylist wasn’t already there at the salon ten minutes prior to my appointment? Seems weird to me. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. The two stars is for the actual store that is always nice to visit. No stars for the salon.

I have found my favorite store!! They have an unbelievable selection, which makes for fun spending time finding new favorite products. And the store manager (Amaria) is amazing!! She is extremely knowledgeable about every product and has a special ability to match the perfect product to customer- a truly gifted individual and a pleasure to meet!
