Hallmark Plastic Surgery

I have nothing but great things to say about Hallmark Plastic Surgery. Dr. Lambert and his staff are incredible! My experience has been positive throughout my whole experience and after. Despite my chatty and curious nature, they displayed nothing but patience, understanding, and kindness and took the time to explain everything in detail. I was in awe at how smoothly things went on the day of my procedure and the bedside manner demonstrated by Dr. Lambert, Stephanie, and Dr. Seal is superb. While I am still healing, I can’t express enough how happy I am with my results! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitate about using Hallmark. People were writing complaints about the front desk staff not being friendly and scheduling fees not being returned. After doing research on other surgeons outside the valley, I wasn't comfortable driving over the mountain for surgery and the aftercare which would follow, so I scheduled to see doctor Lambert at Hallmark. My first impression was the facility was beautiful and my second impression was the first desk was not welcoming as stated in the reviews (but eventually warmed up). BUT when I finally met Dr Lambert and talk to him and his nurse, I immediately knew I wanted to have my surgery with him. He gave me real expectations on what to expect, he explained what he can do and what he couldn't do in an outpatient setting, and didn't try to rush me or hard sell me procedures I didn't need. Dr. Lambert is very nice, down to earth, and pretty funny doctor which made me feel at ease. After my surgery, he called to check on me later that day, his nurse called on me the following day, and on day three a vase of fresh roses was at my door from him and his staff wishing me a great recovery (WHAT DOCTOR DOES THIS!!!) I am so glad I chose Hallmark. Now for the people complaining in their reviews: The front desk staff are NOT doing your surgery AND your scheduling fee is non-refundable because they need to schedule the anesthesiologist and other staff members to assist with your surgery so don't schedule something you're not prepared for timewise or moneywise.

I was greeted by a friendly office personnel. The waiting room is warm and inviting. I was very impressed with Dr. Lambert. He has a vast knowledge of procedures. He takes the time to explain in detail of what to expect. He also answered several question in terms that I understood. I highly recommend Hallmark Plastic Surgery.

Had a Tummy Tuck, Muscle repair & Lipo to flanks. Woke up out of surgery & walked out - totally upright & in no pain. Had zero pain during the whole healing time, just an uncomfortable feeling. I am currently 17 days post-op. Went back to working from home after 5 days with no problems. I credit this to the surgeon & staff. Results are GREAT! Dr. Lambert & staff are EXCELLENT, & I’m going to get more done!

Dr Lambert and all the staff was amazing I had an breast augmentation done and I couldn't be happier he done amazing and made me feel welcome when I came in this morning to have my surgery. Thank u and your staff for everything your one amazing Dr
