Premier Dermatology

I was referred by my primary care doctor and when looking at the number of stars I was concerned. However, my appointment went great. Betty and Darcy were quick and efficient as well performed a removal with little discomfort. The check in staff, (the young lady in the pickle shirt) was very welcoming to their practice. Based on my experience the 3 stars is undeserved. Unfortunately society is too quick to complain and too slow to give credit where it is due. Great job Premier! 👏

Dr. Flax was amazing. He cured my severe cystic acne. I went from bloody shirts to smooth skin. Highly recommend. The nurses and receptionists are very friendly and attentive.

The front desk was courteous and efficient, the PA was professional and thorough. Dr. Usman was personable, kind and informative during my procedure. It was recommended to me by my parents. After my experience I would recommend Premier Dermatology for dermatology needs.

Called and asked if they specialized in hair removal if not I’ll call a different practice that does , the receptionist assured me that they did . I get there and was in the seat no more than 4 mins just for the doctor to say he can’t help me . After I paid my co pay and wasted my time driving from WV to Winchester . Will never go there again !!

I had an appointment with a dermatologist at the Premier Dermatology in Winchester VA, I arrived for the appointment 5 minutes late, although I still had 10 minutes to spare, because it was hard to find the place where the clinic is located since there was no sign anywhere. My navigation app showed the office to be in one of buildings. I went into one of the buildings and asked where the dermatologist's office was and no one knew, and finally in one office they said that it was probably in a big brown building, not a single sign anywhere. Finally I found it and I came to the reception desk. My appointment with the doctor was at 11-45 am, I arrived at 11-50 am and they told me the doctor cannot see me because he (she) is leaving for lunch,. The girls at the reception said they can make an appointment for me for 1-30 PM or another day, I refused because if the doctor cannot go to lunch 5-10 minutes later, then what can I say, how can you trust your health to such doctors! I was very disappointed and it was very unpleasant when doctors show their indifference and disrespect to patients. Do yourself a favor and choose another dermatologist office!
