I really hate to leave reviews like this, but before scheduling be forewarned: it really is VERY difficult to get a call back. I’ve called several times (at all different times) on different days and have yet to receive a call back. I’ve tried multiple extensions and I have been unsuccessful speaking to someone from the staff to schedule an appt or discuss billing information.

Absolutely do not visit this office. At my first appointment, I was told to remove all my clothing. No explanation prior during the many phones calls I made with this office (I would NOT have made any appointments if I knew prior which Im sure is how they get you), no explanation from the staff and when I confronted the front desk lady about how it made me uncomfortable her replay was "...okay?" No alternative was given. Who removes their clothing on a first-time meeting let alone at a neurology office?! Everyone that visits this office takes their clothes off?! Get out of here. I was alone for my appointment, in a new area, in a new office with a new doctor. So uncomfortable. I spoke with my husband, and he validated my feelings- hard NO. I told her if I had to be naked, I would be leaving, again no response at all. Looking at my bank statement, I was charged $135. I look forward to talking to my bank tomorrow and speaking with this office. DO NOT GO HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I have always had a good experience with this office. They were able to see me as a new patient very quickly and also helped straighten out some hiccups with my insurance as well as some charting issues with my old Dr. office. Dr. Ochoa is very thorough and sweet, the nurse I’ve had each time is wonderful and Heather in the front is a darling!

I had a wonderful experience with this practice. The front office staff was amazing. Heather was so kind on the phone I needed an appointment asap after calling several other places. The wait list for other places was three to six months out. I was so excited when she told me she could get me in a week. I have been in so much pain for three months. Dr Landrio was awesome and very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and even though I have to see a spine specialist I really appreciated this office for all they did for me. The tech was also amazing and knowledgeable. I'm sorry I forgot her name.

feedback poor--test results, appointments, voicemail, etc. NA's voicemail answering system has numbers for everything except "returning your call". if the caller doesn't leave their extension number, then you're out of luck. my wife even sent two snail mail letters--still no response.
