Juliana Skin Laser & Microneedling

I went to the grand opening and everyone was professional, kind, and knowledgeable! The location is great and the space has been thought out nicely and beautifully. I also went in for micro-needling and was nervous as I’d never done it before. Sean was great and Margarita was so helpful as well! My appointment went well and I’m really looking forward to the results. Hoping for all the success for Sean and his team! PS. Ask for a cup of coffee while you’re there! 😁

My experience overall was top tier! I was nervous considering i have never had any sort of lasik done before, but Sean and his partner explained the procedure/process in full detail. I can’t wait for my second session. The environment and staff were professional and welcoming, that alone I felt as though I was in good hands. I highly recommend. 10/10

I have never had a laser done before and I was a bit nervous upon my appointment but Sean explained everything to me and gave me a better understanding of the process! Even just after a few hours I can already see a difference. The top picture was right after and the bottom picture was a just a few hours after. I am very excited to see my continual results and I’m excited for my next session!

They claim to open at a certain time and they show up late. Not acceptable for a business. Sean and his partner have called/texted saying the reason they didn't show at the appointed time is "because they are a new business". That is not a good reason to give a potential client as an excuse for being late. I a ran a business for 2 years and I nor my employees ever used that lame excuse for being late. I was there at their company in Wichester, Virginia at 1430 and the store was closed. I called them not the other way around. They need better training on how to run a business.
