Well house is one of my most favorite places to be! From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated with the utmost kindness, care and professionalism. All of the practitioners are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I had a consultation on 11/24, which was easy and quick to make. The facility is clean, and the employees are welcoming and helpful. The employee was very knowledgeable during the consultation and answered all my questions. I felt heard, and most importantly, I wasn’t pressured to buy different products or services like other places try to do. The service I decided to go with was quick; all materials used were brand new and in packaging. I scheduled my next appointment and even met Victoriya as I was about to leave. Victoriya was very friendly and sociable. I look forward to continuing my weight loss journey with Wellhouse and would highly recommend them to others.

I was looking for a local clinic that offers BPC157 injections and found WellHouse. First consult was over the phone and they were 30 minutes late for my scheduled time. I thought that's ok, it happens, we all get busy. After the consult I went to the clinic and sure enough they were running late again. I purchased the injection and paid for 30 days supply. Well it didn't last 30 days. So I ordered another vial and pre paid for it. I was told that it was going to be ready for a pick up the following Friday. I was also told that Victoriya wasn't going to be there but it was ok to pick it up. That Friday I called to confirm since I had to drive for 1.5 hours to get there. They said my peptide arrived but I could not pick it up because Victoriya wasn't there. Once I told them she herself said she didn't have to be there, they said let us call you back. They never called me but started texting me saying that the peptide was not there but they were going to let me know when it was going to arrive. Hours went by and I received no update. I called no answer but they had no issues texting me right away hiding behind text messages. I value integrity and ethical behavior and this place is lacking both. I cannot entrust someone with my health and wellbeing if they are deceitful and have no integrity. It will be a "no" for me.
