Cutting Edge Dermatology PLLC

On behalf of my grandpa, 72 yr old coal miner, who suffers from daily muscle & joint pain: His muscles cramp so badly they lock up often, including throughout the night. The night pain requires him to get out of bed and walk around. For the last couple of years, he has been using Theraworx from Walmart in addition to prescription medicine. Just had my first visit. The place was really clean and technologically up to date. The staff was friendly but, the Dr hardly talked to me at all, very rushed. She was in the room maybe two minutes and talked to the nurse about what meds/solution to put me on before ever telling me anything. And then she was gone. Lol. My appointment was @ 9:35 and I was in my car @ 9:55. At least it didn't take forever! However the fact I had to schedule a whole other appointment to ask questions by the time the nurse came back into the room is a bit frustrating 😑 Seemed like a nice place and they have a store so that's kinda cool too.

First Visit: Excellent care provided by excellent people. Great communication from booking the appointment to after care. All of the staff are very personable, helpful, and put you at ease. Highly recommend them for your dermatology needs. Second Visit: Just as smooth as the first. appointment was at 12:50 right after their lunch hour. But that was not a problem for me. I did their online check-in process. Came in told Emma was there and got took back prior to appointment time and was done with visit and exam in 15 minutes. They were professional and friendly. My wife went with me this time and is now booking an appointment.

Cutting Edge has been wonderful to me helping assess the sun damage to my skin, biopsies, cutting, & burning cancerous areas. I am proud we have such a great dermatology team locally. Definitely recommend Cutting Edge to all!

This place is awesome. Everything from start to finish is very professional. The lady at front is very friendly. The nurses are great and Dr astarnes is the best. Had to have a cyst removed from my big toe and they made the whole visit very nice
