Having permanent makeup done was the best decision I ever made, and I'm so incredibly happy I found Permanent Joy to do it! I brought my favorite lipstick in to my appointment and Veronika color matched it perfectly! I'm so happy with how it looked after the first pass, but after the touchup, I'm beyond pleased! Pictures don't do it justice - it looks amazing!! I will absolutely return for any additional work if I decide to do more. Not only am I very happy with the permanent makeup (stardust eye liner with lower line and lipstick), but Veronika was incredibly informed and kind! I didn't know anything about permanent makeup, and Veronika was quick to answer questions if I needed anything. Also, she has an amazing attitude - made me feel empowered to ask for what I wanted and feel beautiful in my skin! The goodie bag after the procedure was a very nice touch too - had everything you may need for the aftercare :) I highly recommend going here if you'd like any permanent makeup!

Veronika is the best! I had COMBO Brows with LASHES Enhancement LINER and they were painless with just a touch of discomfort. It takes great skill and experience to have such a light touch when performing the procedure that it caused as little pain/discomfort as possible. I love the shape of my eyebrows and the precise lines of my eyeliners. Veronika is both artistic and skillful. And she’s most personable, friendly yet professional. I felt very at ease with Veronika. If I could, I would give Veronika 10 stars. I would highly recommend Veronika.

I had been interested in getting permanent make-up for several years. I was concerned with finding an artist with great skill, experience and safety. I wanted to find a reputable artist. As an art lover with 40+ tattoos- I wanted a professional that I could verify. I found Permanent Joy via a Google search. I read all the reviews and did my research. Then I booked a consultation. The studio is in an easy to access location with parking available. The space was cozy and clean, and Veronika was prompt with sending info for me to access the secure space. She was so inviting for the consult, asked lots of questions and just as I had hoped- she sketched out some options on my face. I was able to get an idea of what my choices were and walked away from the consult super excited. I booked an appointment the following day. On the day of the procedure we reviewed my intentions and desires again. Veronika again made me feel confident, comfortable and excited for the experience. She drew on my preference again and we confirmed the look I wanted. The process of having your eye lids tattooed was a very different type of feeling, not really painful- but I remained aware of the contact. She talked me through every step of the way. I was so excited when she was done, even though we were only minutes into a healing process! Her follow up instruction were clear and we booked our follow-up appointment. The initial healing process occurred just as she indicated it would I am sooo happy with the results thus far!! We still have a touch up scheduled in a few weeks. UPDATE Mar 13, 2025: Veronika is a true master of her craft! I went in for my follow-up touch-up appointment a few ago. She took the same time and care to check in with me. She asked about what I liked and disliked and confirm my desires. Veronika is a true artist- and I trusted her suggestions and guidance. I am so in love with my Permanent Makeup! Thank you so much for your dedication to this art form!

I went to Veronika for my thinning brows and couldn't be happier with the result! I was nervous to get them done because this was the first time, and I didn't want to look like I had Sharpie brows or have them be odd-shaped. Veronika walked me through the process during my consultation and made me feel at ease with her knowledge and less-is-more approach. The recovery was pretty straightforward and after my follow-up appointment (which is included in the initial cost) we were able to get them just right. I'll definitely be back and have already let friends know about Veronika and Permanent Joy. Go see her, you won't regret it!

Where do I even start! I would recommend Veronika’s services to anyone and everyone. I got my brows and classic liner done and I am obsessed with the result. My brows look very natural just darling and filled in which is exactly what I wanted and the liner is subtle, with IDENTICAL wings. She is amazing. In addition to the finished product Veronika does an amazing job of making you feel comfortable the entire time walking you through each step. As far as pain goes I found this very tolerable I have more sensitive skin and at most I found it irritating more then painful.
