A good friend of mine has been a satisfied patient at Rebel Med and recommended their clinic when I said I was looking for a new acupuncturist. (My previous one was no longer practicing). I have been very impressed with the care and attention I have received from Phonexay Simon. She is a kind and patient listener and remembers details. The office staff is professional and welcoming. The clinic space is clean and comfortable. Look no further if you want to be taken care of in the heart of Ballard.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Schales and it was great. I have been struggling with psoriasis for a year and a half. We talked in depth about lifestyle and stressors to get a broad picture of what may be contributing to the issue. Her expertise and compassion make her stand out and I am excited to have found a provider that can help me navigate and get back to healthy skin. I highly recommend this office. From my warm experience with the receptionist, Dr. Schale's expertise and a welcoming environment over all, can’t recommend this clinic enough.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Phonexay for my acupuncture treatment, and I can’t express enough how wonderful my experience has been. From the very first session, she made me feel comfortable and listened attentively to my concerns. The treatments have been incredibly effective. I've noticed significant improvement in my back and my neck and I’m feeling better with each visit. I highly recommend Dr. Phonexayto anyone looking for an experienced, empathetic, and skilled acupuncturist. I’m so grateful for the positive impact she have had on my health journey.

I called and spoke with a lovely woman, Joanne? I wish i had asked, i was in pain when i called. I needed to get into a doctor for an infected finger that needed laceration and attention. The front desk woman said she would phone back in 10 minutes and did so promptly. They were able to fit me in with Dr.Simon. Clean office, welcoming, and friendly. Dr Simon was excellent and explained the process to me of the procedure ahead. Megan was in the room and supplied a lovely smile, and hand holding for the painful moments. Dr.Simon made himself available by phone if I needed him as the appointment was on a Friday. I felt assured that if it did call i could count on him. I was grateful the treatment worked, and the pain subsided and the infection was gone. I will definitely be visiting their facility again. If you are looking for friendly, personable, efficient holistic medical treatment, this is the place! Thank you .

Rebel Med is the place to go! From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome. Everyone was so nice and professional. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Simon who was so polite. I had my first acupuncture experience with Khai. She was very thorough in explaining to me the process and what to expect. She has a great personality and made me feel so comfortable. I was so relaxed. She also did some cupping and massage on me. As a person that has a lot of anxiety and stress, I left there feeling better then I have in a long time. Khai was very knowledgeable and is definitely a master at her craft. I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t already!
