Dr. Bhrany and his team are truly exceptional! I was referred to Dr. Bhrany because I had been unable to breathe through my nose, since i was an infant and it was visibly broken. Initially, I thought I had a simple deviated septum, but it turned out to be much more complex. The doctor who referred me knew that Dr. Bhrany was the right surgeon to handle my case. Understandably, I was nervous about the procedure, because he pretty much had to reconstruct my whole nose and had to take cartilage from my ear to put in my nose as a graft. However, Dr. Bhrany did a great job explaining the procedure. Before the procedure by maybe a week or so I got a call going through everything again really thoroughly and all of my questions were answered which made me feel even better about the surgery. This level of communication made me feel even more confident moving forward. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Bhrany and his team had already been in a procedure that took longer than expected. Despite this, they still took the time to speak with me beforehand, walking me through everything one last time before starting my operation. My surgery ended up taking twice as long as anticipated due to the complexity of my case, but the surgery went great despite the complexity of the procedure. Their commitment to providing outstanding care, even in challenging situations, is truly impressive. For the first time in my life, I was finally able to breathe through my nose which honestly felt almost surreal. After a week of recovery, I returned to have my splint and sutures removed with Peg, who was one of the amazing nurses I had been working with. I was so excited to see the results, and even with the swelling, I was beyond happy with how my nose looked. After a few months I had consulted with Dr. Bhrany and he informed me that everything looks just as it should and the swelling was going down great. It has now almost been a year and my breathing is great and my nose looks fantastic! So thanks again to Dr. Bhrany, and the whole team that worked on my case. I had my surgery at UW, and while scheduling there takes longer than at a private practice, the wait was 100% worth it. Dr. Bhrany’s skills are truly exceptional. If you need any type of nasal surgery, I cannot recommend Dr. Bhrany enough, you will be in the best hands!

Dr. Bhrany and his team are incredibly attentive and caring throughout the whole process. I was referred to him by my ENT who knew I needed a surgeon highly skilled at not only treating the laundry list of nasal issues I had (everything from nasal valve collapse to bone spurs to fixing a crooked, asymmetric nose that's been broken more than once), but who could also handle complex patient health profiles. I have a connective tissue disorder that makes surgeries difficult in general and can lead to easy scarring and bleeding, something Dr. Bhrany helped me weigh the risks for and treatment options. He immediately put me at ease during our initial consult, listened to my needs and cosmetic goals, and made accommodations so that I could undergo a 6+ hour surgery safely and comfortably. Surgery recovery was a breeze and practically painless, and I am now 5 weeks post-op with no visible scars and able to breathe at night without snoring! Dr. Bhrany immediately understood the shape I wanted to achieve, how I wanted something natural and harmonious to my face, and set good expectations (which I'm happy to say he very much exceeded). His consults have been very educational, friendly, and reassuring, as are all the interactions with the clinic's amazing staff. I am very grateful for my surgery results and highly recommend him to anyone looking to have nasal surgery performed!

My experience with Dr. Bhrany was amazing! He was very attentive and thoughtful throughout the whole process. I felt very informed regarding the goals and expectations of surgery, and he was very receptive of my wishes! I’m so glad I was able to have my surgery with a surgeon as talented as him!

I was referred to Dr. Bhrany by Dr. Serkin, an ENT specialist who diagnosed my breathing problem as the collapse of my nasal alar stucture or, more simply, the tip of my nose "fell" resulting in a "beak-like" appearance. Despite having to wait three months to see Dr. Bhrany, Dr. Serkin assured me it would be worth it...and was he right. My first visit with Dr. Bhrany took well-over an hour which consisted of nasal/facial pictures and a computer- generated diagram as he explained what a surgical correction could achieve. After digesting the information and proposed procedure, surgery was scheduled for February 14th, 2024. The surgery was done at UW out-patient surgery center taking over four hours. The outcome of the surgery was beyond my expectation. My breathing problem was corrected and the cosmetic result stunning. Now I know firsthand why I had to wait three months to see Dr. Bharny- from his bed-side manner to his surgical expertise. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering nasal surgery.
