Was concerned about a mole and wanted advice about bumps on my face. Was easy to get an appointment made online with Dr. Pile and was able to see her 2 days later! I was seen within minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Pile was very knowledgeable and gave me good info about my mole and my face. I will certainly go back to her should I ever need a dermatologist again. BTW Dr. Pile's own stunningly beautiful skin is certainly a convincing advertisement of her expertise!

Dr. Pile and her team at Frontier Dermatology are top-notch! The team has mastered the are of patient care. Scheduling, treatment, prescriptions, and follow-up care were all handling efficiently and communicated to me in plain language.

Their online system told me it had Friday open so I booked it. When I showed up, they said I wasn't scheduled until Tuesday. Nowhere in their texts or email did they even mention the date. Had to sign up for their online service just to see anything, and then you can't cancel or reschedule online. Horrible experience!
