Narra Dermatology and Aesthetics

Dr Narra and her staff are incredible! I had my fillers done here recently and I am so so happy with the results. It was my first time having fillers done so initially I was nervous about the procedure being painful or difficult, but everyone at the office was very helpful and kind so I actually had nothing to be afraid of. It ended up being quite a pleasant experience which was a nice surprise. Dr Narra is really professional but still down to earth, I felt super comfortable talking to her and asking any questions that I had. In the end, she was able to enhance exactly what I wanted, but still maintain my natural look. I will definitely come back in the future!

February 2024 Dr Narra CLOSED her practice!!! 12/4 updated from 1 STAR to 4 STARS Of course right after I posted the review I received a call from Narra Dermatology and was able to make an appointment for 11/30. The entire office staff is new, which has most likely contributed to the situation - however, Dr. Narra was great as always. And today I received a letter of thanks for bringing the phone issue to their attention w/a Starbucks gift card (no mention of the website request being unanswered). Hopefully next time I will be able to get someone on the phone or my message will be returned in a timely manner. 11/27 (original post) Wish I was able to make an appointment. 11/17 I sent note via Narra Dermatology website - but still no response. 11/14 I left a voice mail message

Extremely unfortunate experience for me. Reception was great. The PA may or may not not have been part of this horrible encounter. Doctor entered into the exam room with with a who gives a hoot I’m not sure I have time for you feeling attitude. Cared less about a surgeons assessment of a very minor malady. Refused to inspect properly and or address the main cause for my visit. Insisted on preforming a burning procedure that I did not want and left me with a serious concern unattended and making me immediately seek an additional visit with another doctor. A waste of time, money and now I have concerns of the real issue I wanted to have addressed spreading as well as compromising my health.

I understand that a receptionist’s job is very repetitive and they know exactly what procedures go on in their office. But when a new patient calls and is not privy to what will be going on in the first appointment, it does not give the receptionist permission to have a poor attitude towards them. I am in a family of three and we were all going to become new patients soon, but I canceled the intake appointment myself because of the receptionist. I hope the doctor realizes this and puts her through some customer service training. There are far better customer service professionals out there and it would be wonderful if she could learn from them and see what smiling through the phone really is like, then maybe the doctor will have more patients and happier patients.

I met Dr. Narra a few years ago at my initial consult - I went in with concerns about some dramatic changes on my skin. She was able to diagnose me with a very rare mast cell disease and guide me through the process on what to do next. I was so scared and didn't know what do expect but her bedside manner was outstanding and she was incredibly supportive. I now see her for annual exams and to buy all my facial products. Dr Narra and her staff are so knowledgeable and very helpful! I appreciate their office so much!
