Support staff makes the difference. While the doctor and medical staff were pretty good (this is why i gave an extra star.) The woman who answers the phone and checks patients OUT was unprofessional and rude. My daughter and i were new patients, we were seen for an initial visit and then scheduled for follow ups. I needed to reschedule my daughter's appointment due to scheduling conflicts and I had an almost impossible time reaching anyone on the phone at the office. I was forced to leave a voice-mail to cancel the appointment instead. I left specific information regarding her and the appointment. (Name, DOB, appointment date) When I arrived to see the Dr for MY follow up appointment she had canceled both mine and my daughter's appointments. (appointments that were on separate days mind you..) when I told them this the front desk girl who checks in went to check with the other about it. The girl who does the phones spoke as though I wasn't 20 feet away from her and all but said I was a liar and that I wanted to cancel both appointments. I didn't appreciate the insinuation and the lack of professionalism. They were going to make me wait 30+ minutes to see the doctor so I went to my car and scheduled elsewhere. Nobody should have to deal with that kind of incompetent unprofessional behavior from support staff. My advise to her would be to own your mistake in the future and dont be rude if you'd like to keep patients.

Had my 1st laser vein treatment today. As you walk into the soothing colors of the office you’re greeted by a cheerful receptionist. My treatment was done by Jennifer who was very professional. She took the time to explain everything, how the machine works & what I’ll feel & what to expect at my follow-up. Jennifer made me feel very comfortable & was quick moving through the laser treatment. I’m very happy with the results & look forward to my 2nd appointment in April.

I had such a great experience with Christy, she made me feel so comfortable and actually listened to me and my skin concerns. I also see Jennifer for laser treatments and absolutely adore her (and her services). Everyone in their office makes me feel warm and welcome, with the utmost professionalism.

During my path of healing, my skin had taken a toll. So much so, that I didn’t even want to go in public. Lucky for me I met Jennifer Hamilton. I am very picky about who I put my trust into. Especially when it comes to my skin. Jennifer won me over immediately. She took the time needed to explain to me the process of what my skin needed. Answered all of my questions and taught me so much I didn’t know. I have seen Jennifer for multiple facials. She only uses some of the best products for the skin. I have also seen Jennifer for dermaplane to get rid of dead skin that had built up over time on my face. This reduced scaring and made it so my pores could breathe again. I have also seen Jennifer for microdermabrasion and micro needling. Both of which have done wonders for my skin! I was extremely nervous for micro needling but Jennifer made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to care for my skin! Jennifer has moved locations a few times sense I started my journey with her. I obviously stay loyal to her services because I believe she is the best. Each service I have received from Jennifer has been excellent. She goes above and beyond for her clients.

Unprofessional, bumbling front office practices. If you’re short-handed then hire quality staff. The laser / esthetics technician was in an extreme rush, almost to the point of being aggressive. I got the feeling I was interrupting a lunch break. It’s too bad because the NP Christy is friendly but they all need some customer service seminars.
