I’ve visited several different therapist over the years trying to find the right person. Christian has been phenomenal. Every meeting with him was an active involvement. With expectations that I’m doing some work on my own he has a very relaxed friendly way about him that doesn’t make me feel judged, I know he thinks about our meetings because he always has something ready to share with me. That’s specific to my needs. He taught me so much about myself and helped me achieve the goals that I set out to. I would highly recommend Christian if you are truly ready to make changes.

With a combination of therapy and medication, Dr Jennifer Rubio was able to reduce my symptoms to a much more manageable level and eventually to a level of not needing medication at all. Jennifer Rubio started working with one of my children at a pivotal time in his life, when mental health issues were dictating his life. Her involved and thorough approach to his care, over the past year plus, has been imperative to his success in treatment. She never rushes an appointment. I always felt we were heard, and that she was truly invested in my child’s care. Can’t recommend her services enough! We’ve now moved out of state, and her care will be missed!

Finding the right therapist is probably one of the most stressful task one could ever do. I met him a few years ago and wasn’t confident how this was going to work. All I can say is he has helped my ability to trust and how I view myself. He has challenged every way I was thinking. It has been a blessing! I feel like a totally different person.
