Ideal Image Mill Creek

I don’t want to put this review!!! But I have to get their attention! I have had laser hair removal and I have seen great results. Recently, I bought a package for my daughter. They canceled her appointment last Saturday because the provider wasn’t in the office that day, which I totally understand. I have called the Mill Creek location every day since last Saturday and no one has called me back!! This is a terrible customer service. I am hoping this review gets their attention and they call me to schedule the appointment.

I wasn’t a fan of the immediate phone calls and text to get pricing info. Hard sales. I bought a 5 session BBL for my age spots. I barely see a difference, they faded a little but expected better results for the price! Devine at Mill Creek is very nice and very good at explaining the process. No one followed up with me after my final service to see if I was happy or recommend further service.

I had two appointments at the same day 10 days ago! Both procedures were my first time. I had the microneedling followed by laser hair removal. Thank you Hannah! My recovery has been smooth and so far, I can already tell some changes to some of my acne scars. Can’t wait to finish all the sessions! Thank you Divine for my laser hair removal! Gosh, it was painful but beauty is pain, right! Can’t wait for my next appointment! And thank you to Amy, I called few days prior to my microneedling appointment to get some answers on how to properly prep up and I mentioned I have another appointment for a different procedure that was cancelled a day before and she made it happen to book both at the same day! Saved me a lot of time!

A nurse explained everything so clearly. The facility is very clean. I was really nervous, especially in The genitalia area because I have dark hair. It was so quick. So easy and the lasers have this cool air that make it not painful. It's the next day and I have no pain still

My experience at Ideal Image was wonderful. Everyone was very kind, especially Devine Gorospe. She was named appropriately. In my 77 years on this earth, she stands out because what you see is who she is. Her soul is just as beautiful as she is. You can feel her warmth, humor, and truth. I will miss her forever, and pray for her life to be blessed. I hope everyone at Ideal Image appreciates her worth to your company. Any pain was very temporary and bearable.
