Honestly, I was really freaked about getting my tattoo laser removed but it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would (it still hurt a lot though, don’t get me mixed up) and the person who did my treatment was very patient and answered my trillions of questions. I thought there would be puss and all that a normal really bad burn has, but it didn’t. It had itchiness which I treated with anti-itch cream, redness and swelling which I treated with ice, and some tiny blisters that went away not too long after. No puss or raw skin was exposed or anything like that. I also went to some other places to get a feel for the pricing and whatnot, but this place was the only one that made me feel really comfortable about the whole process. I really recommend this place, especially if you have a smaller tattoo like mine. The people there are really nice and friendly and accommodating. Another important thing to note: I am mixed (asian and white) so they weren’t sure how much melanin my skin had but they had ways to possibly combat temporary hyperpigmentation that can be caused by scarring from the laser breaking up the tattoo ink.
1/ Extremely overpriced (almost at a scam level) - asked for $400 to TEST if their laser would be effective, 2/ Inefficient - asked me to be on time for my appointment (if Im more than 5 min late, then my appointment would be cancelled) but made me wait in a lobby for 30 min. My only goal was to ask for a price to remove an old tattoo, for this they made me fill out 5 pages of some irrelevant forms including my home address, emergency contact, smoking habits etc. They pretended they really needed this information and I pretended that I shared it, another 20 min wasted. 3/ Unprofessional - staff told me that my red tattoo pigment can turn into BLACK, that’s why the test was needed. This obviously contradicts to how laser works and basic knowledge of the color spectrum.
The experience exceeded all my expectations. Not only was it very affordable, but the staff was knowledgeable, they were friendly and they also did a great job of telling you how to take care of your treated area. Would definitely recommend.
Very kind, professional and honest. I called for a consultation for laser hair removal, and they got me in the same day. The clinician was unsure if laser would work on my hair type/color so they offered to do a test patch for free. I felt they were very straightforward with me and set realistic expectations for treatment. I had worried that any laser place would take advantage of me and just say it could be effective even if it wouldn’t be. That couldn’t be farther from the truth here! They don’t want me to waste my time or money any more than I do. They were very honest and went above and beyond to see if laser is the right solution for me. Would definitely recommend!
The best skincare and treatment place I’ve found in 10 years. Dr Lin is amazing and can help fix any problem. I’ve been to epione in Beverly Hills who does the kardashians. He isn’t even as good as Dr lin. Mill creek skin and laser is a gem. Dr. Lin knows what he’s doing and the office staff is really helpful and nice.
