I visited Dr.Foley after exhausting all of my options when my c-section incision would not stop opening. My daughter is almost 5yrs old and my incision never healed properly, causing infection and all sorts of trouble. I visited the ER, I saw wound specialists, general surgeons, had bloodwork done, etc and nobody could figure out what was wrong and they all refused to do anything about it. I finally gave up and made an appt to see Dr. Foley and I am so thankful I did. He took the time to read through all of my surgical notes and try to figure out why it was, it kept opening before performing an incision repair that has considerably improved my quality of life. He is a fantastic surgeon and I felt well cared for and heard throughout my experience. I cannot recommend him and his wonderful team enough! I am sooo thrilled with my results 🥰

I had breast implants for over 15 years, originally placed by a different surgeon in Florida. Recently, I noticed that one of my breasts appeared to be deflating, with noticeable rippling on the surface and a texture reminiscent of a loose bag filled with liquid. For those who have had implants for a long time, this description may resonate. Although it is generally recommended to replace breast implants every 10 to 15 years, I had exceeded this timeframe, and it was evident that my right breast looked significantly deflated compared to the left. Concerned about this asymmetry, I decided to consult a plastic surgeon. Initially, I had planned to return to Florida or California for any cosmetic procedures, but I was apprehensive about the volume loss in my right breast and the potential time away from work. I had heard positive feedback about Dr. Foley from several clients who praised his breast augmentation work, so I decided to schedule a consultation. Beth, the office manager, was incredibly helpful in arranging an appointment just two days later. She was polite, asked insightful questions, and reassured me that they frequently perform breast exchanges and lifts. During my visit, I first met with Makayla, who had a calm and pleasant demeanor, making me feel comfortable and at ease. When I finally met Dr. Foley, he was direct and provided clear recommendations to address my concerns. Initially, I considered removing the implants and opting for a breast lift. However, Dr. Foley explained that a lift might not yield the desired satisfaction and that I could achieve a better outcome by opting for smaller implants instead. He introduced me to the gel “gummy” implants, highlighting their advantages over my current ones. After our discussion, I felt confident in moving forward with the procedure, and due to a cancellation, I was able to schedule it for the following week, which made me a bit nervous but ultimately excited. The morning of the surgery, I met with Dr. Foley, who thoroughly addressed my questions regarding both the surgery and the aftercare process. I regret that I cannot recall the name of his nurse, but she was equally attentive, ensuring I was well-informed about what to expect before and after the procedure. She provided invaluable support as I entered the operating room, guiding me through each step with care and reassurance. Overall, the entire team contributed to a positive and reassuring experience. Also on the day of my surgery, I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer, the anesthesiologist. I requested that she inform me when she was beginning the procedure, but before I knew it, the surgery was already complete! Jennifer displayed exceptional skill and professionalism, making the experience seamless. She asked all the right questions and truly put me at ease, especially considering my pre-operative anxiety. I highly recommend her to anyone requiring anesthesia; her expertise is commendable. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of my healing process, and the follow-up confirmation of my quick recovery was reassuring. My breasts are noticeably smaller, which aligns perfectly with my expectations. Dr. Foley's expert recommendations were spot on; he clearly understands his craft and prioritizes patient well-being over financial gain. He could have suggested a lift, but instead advised that it wasn't necessary, which proved to be the right decision. I am significantly happier with my new breast implants compared to the previous ones I received in Florida. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Foley for breast augmentation and exchange procedures. While some reviews mention that his bedside manner may not be the most personable, I personally value his straightforward approach. His focus during the surgery speaks volumes, and I would choose his expertise over a more chatty demeanor any day.

I am a 79 year old male. In March, 2021, I hired Dr. Arthur Foley to remove unsightly ‘neck flaps’. I had two face-to-face meetings with Dr. Foley. Each time, Dr. Foley would have an assistant in the room with him. During the first meeting, I explained my goal. Dr. Foley pulled the skin back on my neck to demonstrate what it would look like while an assistant stood behind him with a mirror. I expressed my approval on seeing how much improved my appearance would be. Surgery was performed in March, 2021. I paid Dr. Foley $9500 (plus costs) to remove excess skin from my neck. It was a FAILED procedure. This is NOT a ‘subjective’ or ’picky’ complaint that would fall within a boilerplate ‘hold harmless’ clause….this is a BOTCHED operation. (See the attached pictures.) I took Dr. Foley to small claims court and LOST because of this clause in his contract. “Neck and Face Lift: ‘I understand that Dr. Foley will use his skill and judgment to accomplish the desired result. He cannot and does not warrant nor guarantee such result.’ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Translation:….. ‘Dr. Foley does NOT stand behind his work and The consumer has NO recourse! My Recommendation: Stay as far away from this person as possible. If you don’t; you risk flushing your hard earned money down the drain just like I did. I agree with the lady that said his ego was inflated. Plus, his bedside manner sucked. I have a hiatus hernia, which he thought was so huge and humorous that he had his receptionist take a picture of it. He then refused a tummy tuck, saying I was too thin - I have a huge belly; I look pregnant!!!
