South Sound Oral Surgery

Front desk lady was incredibly rude and they won't deal with your insurance. They make you pay in full upfront and then say it takes 6-8 weeks to deal with your insurance. Doctor cornered me in the office and was just as rude. This is the third horrible experience I've had with this firm. I went to a different oral surgeon up the road and they did the same exact job for 10% of the cost that south sound oral wanted to charge. SSO is a joke and they are doing shady financial dealings.

I went in for a consultation and the staff were so kind and informative. They helped calm my fears for my upcoming procedure and the office manager was able to explain my dental benefits in detail so I understood my coverage better. Thank you for making my experience a positive one.

Dr. Rubel and the rest of the staff are amazing. I really felt heard and like they truly cared about me. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. They do amazing work with implants and surgery. Highly recommend them.

They will charge you upfront for your service and you pay in full. But what they don’t tell you is that the lab is not included in your upfront payment. Then two months later you get a bill from the lab for additional $225.00 and all the office manager will tell you is we should have told you but we are sorry. BUT you have to pay the extra bill even though you payed upfront for complete service.
