He takes the time to discuss all treatment options thoroughly and provides support throughout the process. The medical assistants are also amazing and charismatic. Thanks to the team, my skin has never looked better!

We saw Dr. Greene and his assistant Mel on an emergency basis while visiting Seattle. Unlike all the other dermatologists we contacted, they were able to see us within 48 hours and squeezed us into their schedule 7 times in 2 weeks. They were competent, responsive, and caring. They were faced with a tough case and we feel we received the very best care we could have received in Seattle.

A few weeks ago Dr. Greene completed my second Sculptra injection treatment in strategic areas of my face. He maps out the injection areas that, over time, will form collagen and result in a smooth and natural overall look. I would call it a 'Sculptra Facelift'. I'm very impressed with the result I am already seeing and am excited to watch the results increase over time (Sculptra increases volume gradually over several months and lasts up to 2 years). I'll complete 3 to 4 treatments, then have a 'refresher' treatment each year to maintain volume. This is a non-surgical procedure that, I believe, is the closest thing to a facelift available today. A word about Dr. Greene and his staff: Dr. Green trained at Mayo Clinic, and it shows with his ‘patients come first’ philosophy. He explains treatments thoroughly and invites questions. I never feel rushed or hurried; instead, I feel important and respected. His staff is attentive and considerate, always making me feel at home. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kya and Mel and look forward to meeting the rest of the staff as time goes on.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of competence and professionalism at this dermatology practice. I spent an entire day getting labs done as part of the preparation to start Accutane, which requires a strict 30-day testing window. However, due to the office's negligence in submitting a necessary lab on time, my test results were invalidated, and now I have to wait another month to restart the entire process. What’s even more frustrating is that no one at the office bothered to inform me about their error. Instead, I only found out after calling them myself, only to learn they had realized and made the mistake the day prior... Additionally, this practice is clearly focused on upselling the products they carry. Dr. Greene prescribed a medication as an interim treatment before Accutane, which my insurance doesn't cover, leaving me with a $150 out-of-pocket expense. HOWEVER, IF DR. GREENE PRESCRIBES OUT-OF-POCKET PRODUCTS LIKE RETIVANCE, WHICH ARE PRICEY AND NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE, MAKE SURE TO GET THEM FROM DERMSTORE ONLINE INSTEAD; THEY HAVE QUICK, FREE SHIPPING AND MUCH BETTER PRICES! If they’re going to recommend expensive treatments like lasers or Retivance, the least they could do is provide a thorough explanation of the costs as well as alternatives, which he did not. This practice wasted my time, money, and trust, and I cannot, in good faith, recommend them to anyone. I won’t be returning.
