Andrea has been doing my every 6 month skin checks & removals of several small squamous cell lesions. She is an excellent clinician & very thorough. I highly recommend her for preventative skin checks & management. I am extremely fair, Irish descent who spent way too much time in my life in the sun so she is great.

Initial visit with Dr. Lamel was a pleasure. She took time to explain treatment process and benefits/cons of medications. She was straightforward and optimistic which was well received considering my prior visit at their Monro clinic was not as helpful. Would recommend this Dr. and her staff.

Dr Kranseler was friendly and professional. She talked me through her thoughts as she did my check up. She and assistant were efficient prepared me in advance for procedures and followed up after my check up with information and care instructions. Good experience!

I visited this establishment with concerns about hair fall but left feeling dismissed. My appointment lasted about 10 minutes, during which I was told my issue was just a normal response to stress (which is something I was already aware of), with no real recommendations provided. Later, I received an exorbitant bill, supposedly due to "prescription management," even though no medication was prescribed—only a suggestion to try Minoxidil, an over-the-counter treatment. Given my experience, I would not return.
