I had Kelsi for my session and she was INCREDIBLE and very patient with me. She took the time walking me through the treatment and addressed all my concerns. Definitely one of the best I’ve had and would recommend her, especially if it’s your first time doing laser hair removal. Everyone was super helpful and friendly as well and overall I am very glad I chose ideal image for my treatment.

Hannah has been amazing technician to work with! She always makes sure I am comfortable and that I have the knowledge of the process before my treatment during every appointment. Donika was my lip filler injector and she did the most fabulous job. Explained everything very clearly and was gentle and efficient. Knowledgeable, and lovely in every way. Leslie, the manager, is wonderful and so helpful! They are very organized, qualified, and sanitary. 10/10 would recommend ⭐️

I had a really good experience at Ideal image! The front desk receptionist was nice and did a great job facilitating my check in & check out. My services included laser on the Brazilian & armpits - and my nurse Jonica was so informative and kind! She walked me through the entire process and answered all questions. She made the process as seamless as it could be. Excited to get through the rest of my sessions!
