I had a great experience here! I came in with wisdom tooth pain, and Dr. Epstein was able to see me same day and propose a course of treatment. Dr. Epstein and his team successfully and painlessly extracted my wisdom tooth, and I'm feeling much better now. Everyone at this office is professional, nice, and helpful, which provided a very positive experience for me. Also worth noting - they were very upfront about pricing and making sure I was aware of all the costs before proceeding with the proposed treatment plan (this was of high importance to me, as I've previously had a poor experience with what I now know was unethical dentistry at a different dental office). I had a decent experience here, but I probably would not recommend my friends or family to go. I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted here. Everything felt very rushed and as if they were just trying to get as many patients through the door. At my initial consultation I saw the provider for like 5 minutes. Before my procedure, I saw him for like 30 seconds as he was administering the anesthesia, I felt like he barely said hello. I also felt like they didn’t explain my anesthesia options and just chose one for me - despite boasting their many options on their website… But I think the worst part that really pushed me to write this review was that after my procedure, I barely had the opportunity to wake up a bit. They kind of just kicked me out the door and my chaperone was essentially carrying me out since they had me walking out. It just wasn’t the experience I expected compared to other friends’ who describe sitting in a recovery room for at least a bit. I do want to shoutout one specific female tech who was in with me when I was getting my IV in (which they had to do twice). She was the only one who I felt was giving me genuine care. I had a lot of anxiety and she helped me talk through the process and distracting me!

Dr. Epstein and his team did an awesome job extracting my 1st premolars. It took them like 30 minutes, and somehow I've had no swelling and almost no pain. I've barely needed to use tylenol and ibuprofen. The extraction sites look very clean as well. Great experience!

It all is done with you in mind. The front office was very helpful the person was very alert and mindful. And the operation room was Pleasant and comfortable. The medical team was precise and pleasant. When the oral Doctor started my wisdom tooth extraction. I was looking to feel pain. But it did not come with in few movements my tooth was on the tray and I was happy for the cool hand Doctor and the Pleasant work. Thank you very much to all the team. Yaakov.M

Dr. Epstein and his staff are nothing short of remarkable oral and facial surgeons. As an anesthesia provider, I see first hand how well Dr. Epstein cares for his patients and uses some the best technology and skill out there.
